What You'll Do as a Team:
As a Property Management Team, you'll be the heart of our operations, overseeing everything from leasing and revenue generation to property upkeep. Your shared responsibilities will include:
Customer Service & Retention:
- Deliver exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Proactively address and resolve all customer inquiries and complaints.
Sales & Community Engagement:
- Drive sales by scheduling and conducting onsite visits to secure new customers.
- Efficiently manage incoming phone, internet, and email inquiries.
- Actively participate in community events to build our local presence.
- Meet monthly leasing and occupancy goals with a focus on growth.
Property Management:
- Ensure our facility is always a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
- Maintain the pristine condition of the office, storage units, and common areas.
Financial Management:
- Monitor and follow up on monthly rent payments diligently.
- Manage processes for delinquent customers, including calls, letters, emails, lockouts, and auctions.
- Provide accurate monthly occupancy and related reports to ownership.
Who You Are as a Couple:
The ideal candidates are a results-oriented couple with a strong combined background in sales, facility management and customer service, preferably from the hotel, restaurant, hospitality, property management, retail, or leasing industries. You should collectively bring:
- A proven track record of sales success.
- Exceptional customer service and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office, P.O.S., and data entry programs.
- A positive, self-motivated attitude and a strong customer service orientation.
- Property maintenance skills for light repairs, painting and upkeep.
- The ability to be strong team players who consistently go the extra mile.
Compensation & Benefits:
In addition to a competitive industry wage up to $65,000 annually + bonus (for the couple), this position includes:
- A beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartment with high-end finishes, in-unit laundry, and a private patio.
- A five-day work week for each team member. Each individual will work five days per week, covering hours from Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM. To ensure coverage, both members of the couple will work two Saturdays per month (9 AM to 5 PM), with those Saturday shifts replacing two weekday shifts. All Sundays are off.

Resort Management Couple - Point Reyes National Seashore - Inverness, CA

Our 5-acre waterfront property is adjacent or close to the 71,000 acre Point Reyes Seashore National Park, the 2,000-acre Tomales Bay State Park and the 14-mile long Tomales Bay National Marine Sanctuary. Enjoy the Point Reyes National Seashore with hiking, biking, birdwatching, and kayaking just outside your backdoor.
There is a 2,500 square foot onsite restaurant with a type 47 liquor license on the property that will be ready to open in conjunction with the Resort to achieve the Resort's goals.
Qualifications desired:
Three (3) years minimum hotel management and/or restaurant/bar management experience. A possible restaurant joint-venture ownership with the hotel can be discussed.
- A desire to find a home, build a career, take pride in what you have helped accomplish, and be rewarded for your efforts
- Live onsite in a spacious one-bedroom apartment
- Computer, writing, minor bookkeeping, and marketing skills.
- Familiarity with Cloudbeds hotel POS software, a plus
Some Duties:
- Responsibility for day-to-day operations including overseeing and managing the hotel front desk, housekeeping and maintenance departments, including working shifts in those departments as needed.
- Minor handyman projects.
- Daily interaction with guests and employees in a professional and tactful manner.
- Restaurant participation to be discussed.
- Provide overnight safety and security for the Resort at all times, shared with other onsite team members.
- Work with owners on long-term property and room upgrades.
- Maximization of financial performance that includes selling and overseeing onsite group events such as conferences, retreats, and weddings.

Are you looking to relocate out of the big city into a smaller one? Are you ready to look at the Beautiful Mountains? Would you enjoy fishing and hunting in the country on your days off?
We are looking for a friendly professional couple with at least 2 years of experience preferred.
The most successful management couples are extremely effective in the sales and marketing area. Both the managers should be very comfortable on the telephone, as phone sales play a huge role in the success of the property. While both managers need to be familiar with the entire scope of operations, typically one of the managers would focus on the sales/marketing/customer service aspects, while the other would focus more on the property maintenance/cleaning aspects. Operations managers will also be responsible to cleaning/maintenance of Penske Trucks and towing equipement. Both must learn and be comfortable using the various storage software and Penske software.
We are looking for a couple who could start within the next couple of months. Living arrangements will not be available until a couple of months.
You will have 2 days off a week. Sunday and then one day during the work week. Hours may vary depending on emergency situations. Days off for Holidays each year, that change with the calendar, averging 10 days. 3 PTO days, and 2 sick days. As managers and living at the facility there may be after hours emergencies.
Responsibilities include:
Showing units and preparing leases. Provide outstanding customer service in person and via telephone. Making bank deposits, purchasing supplies and services as needed. Maintaining a working knowledge of all products and services. Maintaining bookkeeping, & filing systems.Completing collection activities and marketing the property via in person, social media, or mailing, and local events. Renting & returning of Penske trucks and towing equipment and overseeing as well as maintaining the cleanliness of the trucks.
Keeping the property clean and in good repair at all times.
Job Requirements:
Able to walk & lift up to 35 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Sales and customer service experience.
Background in property management, office/administrative, hospitality or retail.
Familiar with Microsoft word, excel, & outlook. Familiar with Windows 10.
Valid drivers' license required and you must own your own vehicle. Clean background and drug test.
Must Live On Site -- Very nice 1-bedroom home,1 bath home, with living room, kitchen, and dining room. We are looking for a couple that is interested in a long term position. Non - Smoking.
