Full Time Management Team to Live On-Site
Looking to hire a friendly, customer service oriented management team for a busy, year-round RV Park located in Albany, Oregon. Will need to have facility maintenance skills, computer entry skills, exceptional telephone and people skills, cash handling and filing skills. Will need to have a current/valid drivers license- for bank and supply runs.
Work Days: Typically Wednesday -- Sunday (may need to cover weekends in emergency situations)
Work Hours: 9:00am -- 6:00pm (lunch 1:00 - 2:00pm)
Typical duties include but are not limited to:
- Taking reservations -- both by phone and email
- Checking in visitors
- Checking out visitors
- Processing payments: cash/credit cards
- Explaining park rules to guests
- Making daily bank deposits
- Filing paperwork
- Reading/inputting electric meter information
- Preparing monthly rental agreements upon acceptance to the park
- Enforcing Lanlord-Tenant Laws on the monthly rentals
- Janitorial work: cleaning public restrooms/showers/laundry rooms/ recreation room/pool area/office
- Facility work: maintaining grounds/mowing/raking/blowing/weed control/ bush & tree trimming/pressure washing
- Be able to be certified to pump propane
- Maintain pool -- chemical reading and adjustments
- Electrical: change out breakers/electrical connections at electric base.
Requirements:
- Valid Driver's License
- Computer skills
- Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to bend/kneel
- Ability to operate power equipment
Compensation:
- 2 bedroom house + major utilities provided (electricity, water, sewer, garbage, basic TV, internet)
- Hourly wage starting at $17.00/hour + commission based on rental revenue

HCI is a national provider of occupational health services to corporations across the United States. HCI provides a critical service to ensure the health and safety of our clients and their employees while complying with OSHA regulations. Our core services include audiometric and respiratory screening services via our field technicians and fleet of mobile units. We are looking for couples or partners interested in traveling and working together to provide health screenings at various industrial locations across the USA.
Requirements include:
- Must be willing and able to travel 100%, including weekends.
- 340+ days OTR per year for full-time.
- 270+ days for the 9 consecutive month seasonal agreement or 3 /1 quarterly agreement
- Both team members must be competent in basic technical skills such as computer skills, internet, email etc.
- (CDL Driver & Helper Teams) Must be physically fit - Need ability to climb in and out of work vehicles, walk to and from work sites, climb stairs, carry and load and set up equipment and cables/power cords, bend and stoop, sit and stand for long periods.
- (Standard License Teams) Must be physically fit – this is a HIGHLY physical team role. Must be able to lift heavy equipment (30-75 lbs) in and out of work vehicles and carry/drag equipment to and from work sites on a daily basis, climb in and out of work vehicles, bend and stoop, walk to and from work sites and up and down stairs, and sit and stand for extended periods.
- Must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while working without direct supervision.
- Must have clean driving records and be able to pass background checks.
- CDL Drivers need current licenses and updated medical cards - CDL helpers also need clean driving records for insurance purposes.
- Must complete approx. 6 weeks of training and certification (PAID training provided).
- Must be USA citizens.
- ***Due to weekly flat rate per diem, technicians MUST have their own personal credit cards with enough balance to book their room and board through first 7-10 days of employment and smaller general expenses while in the field. Per diem is direct deposited every week, but it is paid in arrears after the first week of employment.

U-Stor Self Storage is one of the best storage facilities in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. Sizes vary from 5x5 to 10x30. We are looking for a manager and assistant manager retired couple to live on site at the property. Applicants are required to live on the property and should have experience in sales, marketing, bookkeeping, minor computer skills, and maintenance. We are looking for a very friendly, enthusiastic couple that will be able to meet the public well and be able to fill up the vacant units. Friendly, outgoing personality will be a big factor in our decision. We will need an independent person that is good at meeting people and will take initiative to make acquaintances throughout the community. The manager and assistant manager will work as a team to cover the office hours (Monday through Saturday 10-6) and to clean and take care of the property. There will be some light maintenance which will include cleaning units, repairing drywall, picking up trash, etc. We are looking for a long term, stable arrangement.
The property is very nice and comes with a 2-bedroom 1-bath apartment that includes all utilities and appliances. One small pet is okay, however, there is a $500.00 pet deposit.

Duties and responsibilities of the Storage Manager and Assistant Manager
Leasing units
Marketing nearby businesses, houses, apartments
Give “Knock your socks off” customer service
Collections and Delinquencies
Light maintenance – repairing drywall, picking up trash, cleaning units, etc.
Arrange and schedule marketing
Answer phone calls and convert them into visits to the property.
Make community connections and contacts
Promote Referral program
Cover the office hours of 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM – Monday through Saturday
Amenities
- Apartment – 2-bedroom 1-bath apartment approx. 1000 square feet in size. Office is attached to the apartment. All appliances are furnished in the apartment including washer and dryer. Attached one car garage.
- Gas allowance – Due to making daily bank deposits, we provide a gas allowance of $100.00 per month.
- Electric, water, trash are included.
- Holidays are paid. These holidays included are Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Day.
- Two days off a week/If we have the coverage
- No commute time.
