Resident Property Management Couple For A 55+ Age Community - Northern CA

Are you a dynamic, self-motivated couple looking for a rewarding opportunity in a beautiful, well-maintained, age-restricted community? We are seeking a full-time, on-site management couple to oversee operations at a large, upscale 55+ manufactured housing community in Redding, California.

This is a live-on-site position that offers housing, competitive salary, and paid vacation in a supportive and community-focused environment. Ideal for a couple who enjoys working together, problem-solving, and creating a welcoming environment for residents.

What You'll Be Doing

Administrative Role:

• Interact with residents in a professional, compassionate, and service-oriented manner
• Rent collection and occupancy management
• Applicant screening and documentation of resident files
• Enforce community standards with diplomacy and fairness
• Schedule clubhouse events and assist in community engagement efforts
• Daily invoice approvals and email communication with corporate team
• Operate management software; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) required

Maintenance Role:

• Oversee day-to-day community maintenance and curb appeal
• Conduct site inspections and enforce community rules
• Read utility meters and maintain swimming pool (CPO certification a plus)
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and vendors
• Perform hands-on general maintenance of facilities and amenities
• Ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks and upkeep of common areas

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
• Prior property management or maintenance experience preferred but not required
• Clean driving record and ability to pass background check, drug screening, and physical capability test
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset
• Strong customer service orientation and conflict-resolution skills
