Job Summary:
Our Two Medicine Retail Associates greet customers, answer questions, and process payments using the POS system while ensuring the sales floor is tidy and well-stocked. This role includes preparing food orders and making espresso, maintaining the cleanliness of café equipment, demonstrating flexibility to work 10-12 hour shifts, and adhering to company environmental and safety practices while performing additional assigned duties as needed
The Details:
Position Type: Seasonal
Season Dates: Through September 15, 2025
Pay: $16.00/hr
Schedule: Typical schedule is 40 hours, 5 days per week (may include weekends, evenings, and holidays)
Meals/Housing: Must have RV (self-contained) and transportation to/from RV campground to General Store (approx. 15 minutes commute). No Employee Dining Room at location.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers and answer questions.

Qualifications

Position #1 Line Cook (5 Days/Week)
Join our culinary team at Treebones Resort, a unique luxury eco-resort nestled in the natural beauty of the California coast. At the Lodge Restaurant we offer a refined, four-course dining experience that celebrates locally sourced ingredients and thoughtfully prepared meals. Our menu is protein-forward - highlighting meat, fish, and poultry - but always inclusive of diverse dietary needs, including vegan and gluten-free options.
We’re currently seeking an experienced Line Cook who is passionate about seasonal cooking and can thrive in a fast-paced, elevated kitchen environment on a small team.
Responsibilities:
- Prep and cook lunch service, including fresh salads, burgers, and sandwiches made from scratch with seasonal ingredients
- Execute a nightly four-course dinner service with consistency and attention to detail
- Dinner service averages 30–60 covers, supported by 2–3 cooks depending on business levels
- Handle and prepare proteins with confidence and precision (meat, fish, poultry)
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and sustainability standards throughout all service periods
- Show initiative and leadership - there is room to grow into a Lead Line Cook or Sous Chef role based on exceptional performance
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience working in a professional kitchen (line cook experience mandatory)
- Strong protein handling skills are required
- Wood-fire cooking experience is a plus
- Ability to shift between lunch and dinner service with efficiency and a positive attitude
- Passion for sustainability, teamwork, and delivering a high-quality guest experience
All shifts must be willing to:
- Work 10-hour shifts with a 2-hour midday break between lunch and dinner services
- Stand and be on your feet for the majority of each shift
- Lift up to 50 lbs regularly (e.g., moving inventory, equipment, or firewood)
- Work in high-heat environments and occasional winter storms, especially during dinner service and near the wood-fire oven
- Adapt to a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Maintain a positive attitude and high energy in a physically demanding, fast-paced kitchen
Position #2 Maintenance/Housekeeping Worker (5 Days/Week)
- 3 Maintenance Shift (supporting guests checkouts, stripping bed & daily operations checklist)
- 1 Housekeeping Shift (cleaning accomodations, restrooms - ensuring brand standards)
- 1 Dish/Laundry Shift (clean lunch/dinner service dishes & complete kitchen laundry)
Qualifications:
- Maintenance experience is a plus.
- No experience needed in Housekeeping
All shifts must be willing to:
- Work in all types of weather and inside units that can get hot inside depending on seaso
- Stand for 7–8-hour shifts
- Lift up to 25 lbs. using proper bending and lifting techniques
- Walk up and down many stairs in a day and navigate hilly pathways
Compensation:
- Team Member: $17.50/hour + Tips (or based on experience)
- $500 Bonus: A $500 bonus will be issued after 6 weeks of strong performance. If the contract is broken and you leave early, the bonus amount will be deducted from your final paycheck.

The Florida Sheriffs Youth Ranches is seeking married couples to live and work with youth in one of our family-style residential homes. This is a full-time, permanent position that will be living on campus for 14 days. Then going off duty and off campus for 7 days. The combined annual salary is $74,880. SUMMARY
While living on campus, and under the supervision of an assigned Unit Director, the Cottage Parents provide youth with a strong parental role model while implementing a professional family-style program that emphasizes skill acquisition and personal development and a safe and secure environment in which to grow and learn. The Cottage Parents teach and develop social skills, self-help skills, academic skills, and independent living skills; and foster moral and spiritual development through a broad array of activities to youth in residence that typically have a background of low self-esteem, academic failure, and problem behavior.
The Cottage Parents administer the day-to-day operations of a large family residence including various paperwork, domestic responsibilities, and other assigned duties. The Cottage Parents work closely with other childcare professionals as a team in carrying out responsibilities while in the workplace. The Cottage Parents are directly responsible to the Unit Director. This position is not eligible for overtime pay.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Requires high school graduate or equivalent (some college credits preferred.) Must be at least 21 years of age, be a married couple, have a valid Florida driver’s license or the ability to obtain one within 30 days of employment, a good driving record, a concern for youth, the ability and desire to work and live with youth, and a strong desire to work in the human services field.
WORKING CONDITIONS
While on duty, the nature of this position requires that the employees be available 24 hours a day. The work schedule is generally 14 days on then 7 days off. Occasionally may be required to work in outdoor weather conditions.
