The successful candidate couple must have a passion for serving older adults with proven customer service and strong management/supervisory skills to assist in the management of the day-to-day operations of our retirement community. We offer a competitive salary starting at $60,000 to $70,000 per year depending on location. Overall Job Purpose:
Working hand in hand with the Community Managers as a team to ensure that we obtain and hold 100% resident happiness, 100% financial occupancy, 100% on budget with a 100% trained and motivated staff.

Minimum Job Qualifications and Requirements:
• Be able to work as part of a team with the Managers and the Chef to provide a great living environment for our residents and a safe and motivating work atmosphere for our staff. To support the Managers in the day-to-day operations of the Community.
• Willingness and ability to live on-site in an assigned apartment.
• Prior management experience including operational and financial experience in managing employees, customer service, purchasing, payroll and accounts payable/receivable.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, with residents and staff.
• Ability to keep all business, operational and resident information confidential.

Mobile Home Park Managers will be required to run the day to day operations of a family community. Energetic individuals with friendly, upbeat personalities that will enrich the social community of the parks are pertinent to the successful completion of the job requirements. Good communication with tenants and the CG Real Estate Investment (also referred to as CG Investment) main office is crucial, along with the ability to perform a variety of maintenance duties and rent collection. 

 

General Administrative Duties: 

 

Collect rents from tenants and maintain accurate records, post in Rent Manager.

Make deposits in a timely manner, send deposit slips to CG Real Estate Investment.

Follow up on the collection of delinquencies.

Prepare paperwork for evictions and follow up on the eviction process.

Follow up with tenant Rule Violations and Delinquencies.

Interact with CG Investment’s Main Office on any bookkeeping issues.

Interact with tenants and deal with public relations issues involving tenants.

Report to CG Investment’s Main Office any problems with tenants that cannot be resolved by the managers.

Assist tenants with any social activities being held at park.

Submit Requisition Requests for ALL needed projects and purchases.

Submit Purchase Orders for ALL acquisitions.

Maintain regular business hours at the park office. Office hours 10am-4pm

The Manager(s) will adhere to the yearly community budget goals.

 

Maintenance Duties:

 

Keep park facilities clean and orderly, including clubhouse, pool area, office, restrooms, rental units, units for sale, vacant lots, workshop area, rubbish area,  etc.

Do miscellaneous repair work as needed in the park.

Experience in siding, skirting, flooring, drywalling, and painting  

Assist CG Investment Maintenance Staff in any major repairs done at the community.

Fix water & sewer line leaks as necessary.  The manager will call management when correcting the problem is beyond the manager’s skill level.

Be available at all times of emergencies or have an alternate designated emergency person available at the community to assist in your absence.  The manager should have a procedure in place to deal with emergencies when the manager is away from the park for an extended period of time.

Manager shall establish a park inventory of all tools and park equipment and updated yearly. A signed copy of the Park Inventory List shall be submitted to the CG Investment in January of every year.

 

MOBILE HOME SALES & LEASING

Manager will assist in the sale and resale of any park owned Mobile Home Coaches with compensation calculated as commission on a per coach sales

Manager will assist with the renting and leasing of vacant spaces. The manager is expected to make themselves available after regular office hours to show homes and handle sales activity.

Manager will assist with the arrangement of advertising necessary to promote the park.

 

CG Investment Responsibilities:

 

Pay you a monthly salary for your park manager duties. This salary TBD  per person, per year paid on the 15th and 30th of every month (direct deposit).

Provide free housing Unit TBD

Pay electricity costs at unit (up to $250). Paid out on checks (split between 15th & 30th)

Manager phone credit of $80 per month (for use of personal phone only) .  

Pay the manager a fee for POH coach sales and/or listed resale’s based on the company's commission schedule.

Commission pay for Home Deposit Program conversions (see commission schedule)

The commission pay for annual rentals (see commission schedule).

Two weeks paid vacation in a calendar year. Accrual 3.33 every paycheck. Vacation time does not roll over.

Major holidays off. See holiday schedule.

 

Job performance, bonuses and raises will be evaluated based on the following criteria:

* staying under budget on community expenses within your control.

* completing projects in a timely and cost effective manner.

* being responsive to the phone calls of the main office and upper management.

We need a Dynamic Duo who will take on the position of running our small business located just 4 miles from Yellowstone National Park.

Come spend your days off exploring Yellowstone National Park, Back Country Skiing or Snowboarding or Snowmobiling or Wildlife Watching.

This position is for 2 people.  We are a family business and we ask that our couple be nonsmoking/vaping and no heavy drinking or Marijuana use. No Children or Pets Allowed.  No Singles and No Families.

Couple must be physically able to make beds, do laundry, and be in good health overall.  This is a PHYSICAL job with steps.

We are looking for a couple that is honest, energetic, hardworking, business minded, very outgoing, friendly and can handle any situation that may arise in a calm manner.  You must pay close attention to detail, not to mention CLEANLINESS.  We pride ourselves on CLEANLINESS and have maintained superior customer reviews.   It will require BOTH to do housekeeping.  Daily laundry and outside work (shoveling snow from sidewalks daily and roofs when needed) and check ins can be done by one or both.   Office will be managed by only 1 employee.

Must be willing to CLEAN ROOMS DAILY and adhere to cleaning procedures.  You must make sure rooms are turned prior to the 3 PM check-in time.  You will be responsible for all LAUNDRY DAILY.  You will be required to manage the office and take guest reservations by Phone, Online, and Walk In with a professional and courteous manner.  You will greet customers in a friendly manner, Check Guests In/Out of rooms and take credit card payments.  Proficiency with computers, email, and internet a MUST.  Experience with Resnexus Reservation system, Booking.com, Airbnb and Vrbo a PLUS.  

The 2-person team will be living and working together on the premises 24/7. Office hours are 8-8 PM daily and we have a process for late check-ins.

Couple will live free of charge onsite in our 2011 nonsmoking, completely furnished 2-bedroom 2- bathroom house with all utilities/wifi//cable paid in addition to your salary.  Time off will be an alternating schedule of working 5 days one week and 6 the next week.  You will work weekends and Holidays.  Compensation includes base salary of $2500/month.

We are looking for a start date of December 1, 2025.  This job will be available through March 16th 2026.  For the right couple this job could be year-round.  Only serious, trustworthy, and stable couples need apply.

Sunridge 2 is seeking a responsible caring married couple to job share with an existing couple, 7 days on and 7 days off, for a maximum of four men who reside in their home. The private home is located just outside the quaint college town of Ellensburg, 1.5 hours east from Seattle. The home is specifically designed to promote independent living for four men with developmental disabilities and utilizes various smart-home technologies designed to support them.

 

The care philosophy of the home is to encourage positive reinforcement with respect to each resident. Our houseparents are responsible for overseeing the residents established daily routines and caring for the home. We strive to integrate all the typical daily opportunities experienced by individuals into a unifying whole, so that these men’s lives are truly as rich and fulfilling as possible.  The home is constructed on a large land parcel and features expansive living spaces with beautiful views.

 

Position Compensation starting at:

Salary per couple is $87,000/year based on four residents in the house + $1,000/month for off-duty housing.

Regular wage increases based on hours worked along with a comprehensive benefit package including high-quality health insurance, PTO, etc.

Housing, utilities, and food are provided as well as a house SUV to drive when on-duty.

Limited relocation assistance and paid training provided.

 

Work Schedule:

Houseparents operate on a “7 days on duty and 7 days off duty” rotation.

During their 7 days on duty, the houseparents will reside in the master suite in the main house. The main bedroom is “flipped” like a hotel room between rotating couples.

Qualifications:

A high school diploma or equivalent; experience working with developmentally disabled individuals preferred but not required. Must have a valid driver’s license.

Must complete the requirements to become an Individual Provider (IP) with Consumer Direct Care Network Washington (CDWA). CDWA will process background checks and all employment hiring documents. Based on this information they determine if you are eligible to become an employee of CDWA and can provide services to our residents.

Caregivers need to be physically and mentally capable of implementing each resident’s care plan which can include daily medications, personal hygiene care, behavioral support, meal planning and cooking, housework, light yard maintenance, etc. This home is a non-smoking environment.

Must be reliable, flexible, and passionate about enriching the lives of those with developmental disabilities and have the ability to work in a team environment.

Team member 1 would take care of the office functions such as rent collection, bank deposits, managing customer concerns, eviction notices, phone calls, etc. Skills required are MS office, excel, remote scanner, general office procedures.  Team member 2 would need to maintain the common areas, landscaping, repairs, keeping the clubhouse clean, maintain pool and spa, general maintenance. Skills required are light electrical and plumbing, landscaping and mowing, pool knowledgeable, meter reading.

Salary for the couple is $4,000/mo + 
a doublewide home, and paid utilities.  Hours would be 9-4 M-F with an hour off for lunch. Previous apartment or MH managing experience required.
