We are a Family Owned and Operated RV Resort near Apalachicola FL.  We are an upscale RV Park and strive we to offer an unmatched camping experience for all of our guests. 

We are located directly on the Bay at St. George Sound and offer the most Breathtaking Sunrises and Sunsets on the Forgotten Coast. We offer all of our Camp Hosts a FHU site with 30/50amp service with water and sewer and Wi-Fi along with Trash Service. We also offer 2 days off consecutive for all of our Camp Host Couples. Jobs currently available are for Ground maintenance & Cottage, Suite and Bathouse Cleanings at both parks.

 
          Located only a few short miles from St. George Island, your never far from one of Florida's most Beautiful and Sandy white Beaches. Apalachicola offers some of the Panhandles finest restaurants serving Fresh Seafood Straight from the bay and also offers some really unique shopping experiences right in the downtown area.        If your looking to work with Fantastic People in an Absolutely Beautiful and Well maintained RV Park then Coastline RV Resort will want to be high on your list. 25 combined hours per couple per week is required to cover your site. Pay for additional hours over the site will be paid at $14.00 per hour. Complete compensation plan for Cottage and Suite cleanings will be discussed during the Phone interviews. We prefer Long Term Camp Host positions but we're willing to work with the right couple on a short term commitment to help round out our Winning Team. The Resident Managers will live on-site in an apartment provided by the Company and oversee the daily operations of the facility. We are seeking a team who is ambitious, sales driven and process focused to manage the facility. We place great emphasis on friendly, professional managers and committed to a clean, secure and well maintained facility. The Resident Managers report to the General Manager.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsible for answering the phone, internet (email) and walk-in inquires with a friendly and professional manner.
Showing, renting and vacating storage units.
Collecting payments (phone, in-person and mailed).
Making collection calls.
Maximizing occupancy.
Maximizing revenue and overseeing all aspects of the operation of the facility.
Responsible for recommendations and implementation of local marketing initiatives.
Marketing to local businesses and apartment managers.
Provide excellent customer service (rentals, payments, sales and customer issues).
Ability to be driven by performance goals.
Responsible for maintaining customer files and auction process.
Responsible for maintaining and improving facility appearance.
Responsible for daily walkthrough of the facility.
Responsible for bank deposits.
Responsible for cash drawer.
Responsible for petty cash.
Submit weekly bills and petty cash.
Light to medium, and occasionally heavy, maintenance and clean-up work required.
Responsible for cleaning units and interior/exterior of buildings.
Ability to safely drive a golf cart.
Create Monthly Schedule for assistant manager coverage.

May be necessary to answer phone after hours, on days off, etc or respond to voice mails.

Self Storage management or experience - a plus.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Must be eligible to work in the United States.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Must have a High School Diploma/GED equivalent and at two years of related experience (sales/customer service/leasing/rentals).
Must be a team player and have strong leadership skills.
Must be profit driven.
Proficient with computers (office machines): Word, Internet
Job requires constant movement and must be able to lift and move 35 lbs. regularly and occasionally up to 50 lbs. (unit doors).
Prior employment history may be used to determine job eligibility, must disclose any criminal history above a misdemeanor (may or may not determine job eligibility), good driving record and be able to pass a drug test.

BENEFIT INFORMATION

RETIREMENT/PENSION/PROFIT SHARING

PROVIDED
Onsite housing consisting of a 2 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment (no lease housing) to be utilized by the managers (can not be sublet) - for use by managers only - while employed by the company.
Utilities are included (water, electric and refuse),
Internet (basic internet is included)
Typical Schedule: Wed, Thurs, Fri and Sat 8AM to 6PM. Off Sunday, Mon and Tues.
Note: There will be times when the managers will need to work on different days. The last and first day of the month is required.
Major holidays off and sick time available.
10X20 storage unit for use while Resident Managers are employed.
Four (4) days of paid vacation after six (6) months. Then you will receive eight (8) paid vacation days on your anniversary date. Vacation days do not carry over.
$25 monthly gas allowance.

Company does not provide relocation costs or reimbursement.

Salary: $28,000.00 - $30,000.00 per year

Potential Bonus Oportunity (Paid Monthly Based On Revenue)  - Up to $72,000.00 anually
