This is a full-time, live-in, residential position for a couple or individual within a Golf Academy serving student-athletes within middle or high school and some post-grads, reporting directly to the on-site Director of Student Life & Academics. The position will work collaboratively with all other advisors, online academic instructors, Academy golf coaches, and GPC staff. It is a unique and engaging role that includes non-traditional hours on a rotating schedule to support student-athletes’ needs, growth, and development. Position requires patience, flexibility, a good sense of humor, sound judgement and personal integrity.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities Include:
Ensure the safety and well being of all student-athletes.
Administrative responsibilities for day-to-day Academic Hours, check-ins, study halls, & weekend activity planning as needed from the Director of Student Life & Academics.
Advising a small group of student-athletes to help build relationships & goal-set.
Picking up student-athletes from afternoon golf practice at GPC at set times each day.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or significant relevant work experience.
Be over 25 Years of Age with a Valid Driver’s License
Valid driver’s license and comfortable with driving 15 passenger transit vans.
Ability to set clear expectations and boundaries with teenagers, while maintaining a positive attitude.
Experience working with student-athletes, ideally in a residential setting. This could include work as a camp counselor, RA, classroom teacher, etc.
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
Organized and detail oriented with high-quality personal management skills.
Good communication, people management and decision making abilities.
Ability to complete online duty reports through our Student Management System app on your phone.
Supervision of Main Campus dining hall, atrium, and tv lounge for all hours of operation.
Activity & Evening Check-In Management & Supervision (evening check-ins: 8, 9, & 10 Sunday to Thursday and 11pm if working Friday/Saturday)
Rotating overnights on-call with all other staff in case of emergency.
Knowledge and understanding of our Student/Parent Handbook in order to assist in holding all student-athletes accountable to rules and regulations as outlined.
Weekly meetings with the Director of Academics & Student Life.
Assisting our GPC Hospitality Associates with student-athlete shuttles between Golf Performance Center sites, airport runs, and local golf tournaments.
Utilization of our Student Management system for daily and nightly Duty Reports sent to the Director for general information,concerns, maintenance requests, etc. (Full-time Director on-site or on-call for any major concerns or disciplinary issues needed)
Chaperoning Weekly Program trips, Field Trips, and Academy Spring Training in FL.
Other duties as assigned by the Director of Academics & Student Life.

Responsibilities:
Camper Services Attendant
- Responsible for providing a clean and sanitary shower and laundry facility for guests and assisting guests with necessary information
- Cashiering duties using a Point of Sales System

Campground Attendant
- Responsible for the upkeep of the campground, cleaning and sanitizing restroom facilities, and assisting guests with necessary information

Campground Guest Service Agent
- Resolve guest problems skillfully with a willingness and desire to understand a guest’s
- viewpoint and to take any necessary steps so that the guest is satisfied when they leave
- Document guest problems and/or complaints using correct forms and procedures
- Make, confirm, assist, and cancel reservations, including promoting and selling park activities
- Register guests while receiving and posting proper payment, and finalizing guest accounts at checkout
Qualifications:
- Human relations skills. Must be a "people-person" who thrives on public contact.
- Communication, sales, cash handling, and computer skills
- Drivers License for driving company vehicles
Physical Requirements:
- Lifting/carrying up to 40 lbs
- Standing for long periods and walking up in down stairs as well as outdoors
- Frequent standing, walking, and reaching outward and above the shoulder for up to 6 hours per shift.
- Repetitive motion of arms, wrist, and hands for up to 7 hours per shift.

Storage Facility Office & Property Manager - Flagstaff, AZ

A family-owned business is seeking a couple to join our team and work as on-site managers at our medium-sized storage facility. The duties will include both office duties and maintenance projects on the property. The couple will be the face of the business, so it is important that they be friendly and customer-oriented, yet business-minded and able to enforce business policy.
The position will be available starting April 15, 2025. Flexibility on the starting date is possible and can be discussed during the interview process.
Compensation Package of $60k-$70k; included are the following:

The office job is 5 days a week, Monday-Friday. On Saturday and Sunday the manager’s only duty will be to open and close the gate.
Storage hours as follows:
Gate hours: Mon-Sat 7am-6pm; Sunday 11a-5p
Office hours: Mon-Fri 9:00a-5:00p
We need a pro-active, reliable, independent, motivated Jack of All Trades handyman to do property maintenance. Office duties and maintenance projects are to be done during the 40 hour work week.
For example, office duties can take 10-20 hours/wk, depending on the season and maintenance projects and duties will be approximately 20 hours/wk.
Since Flagstaff is a college town, summers are busy and winters are slow. During some months storage operations only require one person. At other times, it requires two people.
Office Responsibilities are typical of the storage industry:
- Opening and closing gates promptly at the listed business hours.
- Opening and closing office, interacting with tenants and prospective tenants in person, on the phone and through email.
- Managing accounts and rental collections.
- Preparing units for rental by sweeping and removing trash.
- Keeping property and office clean and organized.
- Physically showing units to prospective tenants.
- Must be computer literate. Able to use storage software, answer emails and use Word Processing. Will be trained in storage software.
- Additional duties to be detailed during the interview process.
Property Maintenance/Handyman Responsibilities:
- Perform basic maintenance and repairs such as:
- Basic plumbing repairs
- Basic electrical repairs
- Vehicle maintenance
- Landscaping
- Basic carpentry
- Basic Roof maintenance
- Painting
- Plowing snow and doing various snow removal during winter storms.
Possible projects the manager will work on:
- Replacing fascia and gutters.
- Small roof repairs (shingles and sealing joints).
- Siding repaired and replaced.
- Painting whole buildings as well as touch-up painting.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted, and over 50 lbs. with assistance. Periods of sitting, standing, bending, stooping, reaching, and working outdoors in differing climates may be required.
Desired Qualifications include:
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
- Reliable transportation, safe driving record with no DUI in past 5 years and valid driver's license.
- Must have a smart phone with service.
- Must be service oriented and have a desire to help others.
