Seeking a live-in couple to manage a nine room motel +4 small cabins only 3 miles from beautiful Ute lake which has a swimming beach next to a shady picnic area, a marina and boat ramp.  Nice 1-bedroom house with good-size kitchen included with adjacent carport for car or boat.  Small fenced yard.   Enjoy beaiutiful Cottonwoid grove of tall trees next to lilac blushes, pergola and grassy picnic area full of birds in the morning.   Fish cleaning hut and dedicated laundry room/storage area.   House can be furnished upon request.   Very quiet sweet little town of 900 but with good amenities - supermarket, dollar store, 2 gas stations, parts store, cozy Bar & Grill.   State Oark & Lake are 3 miles away.  3 hours from Santa Fe.
