FEATURED JOB OPENING: Management Team for Self Storage Facility - Woodland, CA

We are looking for a property management team for a large self-storage facility in Woodland, CA.  Note: This position is for two full-time positions to be filled by a team of two applicants who reside jointly on site.

Job responsibilities include collecting rent, interacting with tenants, enforcing self-storage yard rules and regulations, and minor maintenance of facility.  Off-site marketing of the facility is expected.  Applicants should have excellent "people skills" and a very professional manner in dealing with people.  Spanish language fluency a plus.

Required skills include:

• Prior storage experience a real plus
• Valid California Drivers License
• Excellent verbal/written communication, time management and organization skills
• Strong "customer relations" skills
• Professional, enthusiastic, team player
• Ability to be adaptable and flexible

Compensation equals salary plus a monthly bonus based on facility performance and health insurance.  1-bedroom apartment and utilities are included. Non-smoker preferred.
