FEATURED JOB OPENING: Management Team for Self Storage Facility - Woodland, CA
We are looking for a property management team for a large self-storage facility in Woodland, CA. Note: This position is for two full-time positions to be filled by a team of two applicants who reside jointly on site.
Job responsibilities include interacting with tenants, renting units and minor maintenance of facility. Off-site marketing of the facility is expected. Applicants should have excellent "people skills" and a very professional manner in dealing with people. Spanish language a plus.
Required skills include:
- Prior storage experience a real plus
- Valid California Drivers License
- Excellent verbal/written communication, time management and organization skills
- Strong "customer relations" skills
- Professional, enthusiastic, team player
- Basic computer skills
Compensation equals salary plus a monthly bonus based on facility performance and health insurance. Apartment and utilities are included. Non-smokers preferred.
