We are seeking an On-site Management Team in the Phoenix & Prescott Valley, AZ area.  Responsibilities include but are not limited to; Customer service, leasing storage units, selling merchandise, developing and  implementing marketing & networking programs, general office administration and light maintenance/ administration of truck rental program.  This team must be motivated and able to work independently.  One person on team must have maintenance skills and the ability to perform physical maintenance to ensure that facility is properly maintained.  Knowledge of Sitelink helpful, truck rentals a plus.  Some weekends may be required.

Seeking a couple to operate a 25 room Inn in Seward alaska.

Experience needed.  Excellent pay, houseing included and possible transportation allowance. Summer season position.

Duties include all front desk operation, reservations, guest check inn, snack service.

This position will work with head housekeeper/facility manager.

This would be a 6 month position during the summer tourist season.  Plenty of summer recreation opportunities and some time off.

These teams will act much like a Mayor, Supervisor, Gardener, Maintenance & take a hands-on approach in any necessary duties to accomplish objectives. REQUIREMENTS:

Work hours are a normal weekdays with weekends off (except as needed for appointments and possible emergencies). Individuals must possess an attitude of self-motivation, problem-solving and hands-on approach to the task and objectives of the moment. Maintenance is one of the biggest issues. Tasks include mowing lawns in common areas; trimming trees and shrubs; contacting the appropriate contractor in the event of an emergency; overseeing all aspects of the community. Being able to prioritize work and budget for the community needs is essential. Applicants must apply as a team and live on-site in management provided home. Computer & maintenance skills are required. We offer excellent compensation & possible advancement opportunities. Candidates must pass a background and credit check, but perfect credit is not required. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years prior Property Management experience to be considered for this position.
