Minimum job requirements:
- Prior Senior Living Management experience of 3 years for Community Asst. Managers; including operational and financial experience in managing employees, customer service, purchasing, payroll and accounts payable/receivable.
- Willingness and ability to relocate and live at any of our 17 Communities.
- Willingness and ability to live on-site in an assigned shared apartment.
- Must be 21 years of age.
- Ability to keep all business and operations information confidential.
- In addition to the above, the following skills are preferred: experience serving senior citizens; familiarity with laws and regulations applicable to the Community and Human Resources.
- Ability to work under time constraints and meet department deadlines.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide leadership, supervision, training, guidance and communication while assisting with all aspects of Community management.
- Develop and implement techniques and resources designed to attain and maintain 100% occupancy at all times through effective community relations, special events, direct-inquiry calls, Community tours, etc.
- Devote time each week for community outreach, follow up on direct inquiries, and conduct tours for prospective residents.
- Follow the approved operating budget. Communicate with the management team and obtain approval for exceptions from the Director of Operations.
- Respond in a timely manner to resident complaints regarding any issue to assure residents are receiving services that meet Sunshine Retirement Living’s standards. Make recommendations for solutions to the Community Managers or Director of Operations.
- Exercise managerial and supervisory authority in a manner that complies with Sunshine Retirement Living’s guidelines and applicable laws.
- Share responsibility with the Community Management team to respond to emergencies; evaluate resident’s needs, and take appropriate action.
Camp / Festival Hosts Missouri Festival & RV Park, Dixon, MO Starts:March 2013

Missouri Festival Park is located in Dixon, MO. We have 300 grassy 30amp & water RV spaces and 70 are full hook-ups. The amenities on our 38-acre Music Fest RV Park includes activities like themed festivals, concerts, RV and Bus Rallies, airsoft park and much much more.
We are looking for outgoing, friendly couples to provide 18 hours each per week assisting in the operation of the Resort. Duties include grounds keeping, store operation, public relations, cleaning, answering phones, checking people in, taking reservations, restaurant staffing to name a few. Must work as a team.
We are looking for the time of March 1st through September 30th and two couples to stay for the winter months.
Comp for your time: We will provide a full hook up (electric, water and sewer) lot is provided, plus meals 1/2 off at the restaurant.
We are looking for 4 couples for this season, come join the fun and share in the adventure!

Immediate employment opportunity for a Resident Property Management Couple for a large “all age” manufactured housing community located in South Lake Tahoe, CA. The positions are full time and require an energetic, self motivated two person team, with great customer service capabilities.
Job Responsibilities:
Administrative: Basic computer skills are necessary for use with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Internet use and onsite management software; in addition to a professional appearance and the ability to interact calmly and professionally with our clientele. Duties include collection of rents, documentation for resident files, showing and renting company owned homes and the processing and screening of applicants for residency in the community. Daily invoice approvals, clubhouse event scheduling and interaction with residents, including conflict resolution abilities are required.
Maintenance: Hands on general maintenance abilities, supervisory capabilities and the ability to meet timelines and schedules. Some, but not all, tasks are general maintenance of common areas, rule enforcement, site inspections, reading of utility meters, swimming pool maintenance and subcontractor approval and supervision.

Self Storage Team - San Diego, CA

Storage West Self Storage has a TEAM opening at one of our San Diego district facilities. The facility managers will live on the property, in an apartment provided by the Company. Eligible candidates must be available for an in person interview in San Diego. Applicants must apply as a team, and include a cover letter, salary history, and a separate resume for each team member. Key duties of a Storage West Facility Manager team include providing outstanding customer service, renting storage spaces, answering and responding to telephone calls and e mails about rentals and tenant issues, maintaining the cleanliness of the property, data entry, filing, banking, keeping the facility neat and organized, marketing the facility in the community and more.
Prior self storage or property management is a plus; prior customer service and sales management experience is required. You must have a valid driver's license and good driving record. You must have reliable transportation, possess an outgoing personality, have a professional appearance, be flexible to the changing needs of the business, and be a team player. Must be able to lift, carry, bend, stoop, push a broom, etc. Candidates must have excellent communication skills, written and oral, and be proficient at basic PC skills such as MS Office Word, Excel and Outlook.

House Parents - Live-in position - Cedar Hill, TX

We are a faith-based, nonprofit organization that offers short term transitional housing and guidance for our residents to be able to take the next step.
Qualifications:
Must be able to lead a house of residents and their children, including but not limited to guiding and encouraging them in the steps forward that they are taking. Must be qualified to handle conflict resolution in a loving manner. Must have a passion for ministering to single moms.
We will be interviewing both single ladies and married couples to potentially serve as House Parents.
Must be willing to live on-site, in a private one bedroom apartment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
One of the biggest responsibilities is to be loving and caring to our residents while guiding them through this time in their lives. Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, not only maintaining cleanliness, order, discipline and love in the house but teaching and training the residents to do so as well. It is the responsibility of the House Parent to assist the residents in preparing dinner, manage the residents in their daily house chores and weekend house cleaning, and teaching residents how to maintain a healthy household. The House Parent will also lead the residents in nightly devotionals and ensure the residents are attending church on Sundays (including transportation).
