SELF STORAGE RESIDENT MANAGER COUPLE WANTED - CHEWELAH, WA

Looking for a solid resident management team with previous self storage experience to manage my 130-unit, well established self storage facility in Chewelah, WA.  I am not a large facility by any means, I am looking for a simple couple who can enjoy living in a small country town in a small country home.

This job includes basic self storage facility transactions and reports, maintenance and seasonal yard work. Quickbooks program experience preferred, but not necessary.

This position requires superior customer service and assistance, so being comfortable with the general public is essential.

Includes on-site resident housing with yard, utilities and insurance contribution. Chewelah is located 45 min. north of Spokane,WA in the scenic mountain valley. There are 29 lakes/rivers, ski-hill, national forest, golf course, hunting/fishing and the famous Coumbia River all within a 30 mile radius of Chewelah. It is a beautiful mountain packed rural area boasting with seasonal farmer's markets, annual car shows and antique stores.
