Looking for a Husband-Wife Team with the experience and instinct needed to provide excellent care and service to their employers. Employers will only consider an excellent cook who truly enjoys being in the kitchen creating wonderful meals. Will plan primarily organic, heart healthy meals, shop for organic and fresh ingredients as well as prepare and serve meals or leave for employers to reheat. Will also assist with entertaining including menu selection and planning, acting as valet, server, and bartender-whatever is needed. Will provide wardrobe care, organize closets and polish jewelry as needed. Will also track and check all dry cleaning and assist with packing and unpacking. The man needs to be a "Jack of all Trades" able to do minor repair projects and provide preventative maintenance as well as care for tennis court and outdoor swimming pool. Will also run errands, chauffeur and shuttle employers and guests to and from the airport and maintain vehicles.  Must be an experienced, polished Couple Team with the knowledge and skill needed to run a high-end home and serve the principals properly while respecting boundaries. Employers are currently residing in temporary housing while their home is being renovated nearby, estimated two year project. Will need to keep an eye on the renovation and report to employers as necessary. Work with House Manager and Assistant to the Mrs to ensure seamless coverage and excellent service. Separate cottage on the property provided. Salary will depend on experience and abilities of individual candidates.

Looking for experienced domestic Couple Teams in the great state of Texas.  To care for large primary residences or vacation homes typically on substantial acreage. When the principals are in residence they require personal service such as; preparing meals, laundry and ironing, change linens regularly, fresh flowers, shopping and stocking staples and inventory. Candidates need to be experienced in high-end cleaning and have good management skills for the vendors and or other staff in place. Care for family pets and other livestock typically required. Must love animals and enjoy working outside. Landscaping is always required; outdoor pool, flower gardens, vegetable gardens and manicured lawns need to be maintained.  Looking for couples that can handle the hot summers in Texas but knowing your employers usually travel at these times so the schedule more manageable; outside work can be scheduled in the coolest parts of the day. Separate housing is provided on the property or principals will provide off site housing. Female Couple are having a waterfront home built to be complete in the spring of 2013; Inlet property south of Myrtle Beach, SC.  The home will be 4,100sf with an outdoor pool, a large deck area, partially covered, garage and studio apartment above.  Employer owns her own business within walking distance to new home and requires frequent travel.  The position entails full housekeeping, laundry, ironing and above average culinary abilities.  We are looking for someone with strong preventative maintenance habits to keep the home like new for many years.  The position also involves managing a 28ft boat, an RV, several vehicles and a small condo in NC.  There are two westie dogs that need to be nurture; feed, exercised and pet sitting required.  Menu planning, grocery shopping, prepare and serve meals, assist with informal entertaining and dinner parties. Live out position with several local options available and employer will provide. The man would be responsible for keeping a maintenance calendar for the home and property; change filters, clean gutters, clean fireplaces, check oil and gas in generator and vehicles. etc. Take the garbage to the curb weekly.
