Couple to Manage Colorado Home

I am seeking an experienced, dependable, mature couple to maintain summer family home in Colorado Mountains, May-October. A good work ethic is needed.  Team must also enjoy the outdoors and rural location.

He must be knowledgeable and experienced with all mountain home maintenance issues and repairs.  Maintain mechanical equipment and autos; Maintain summer lawn, gardens, and general clean up of grounds.

She must clean and maintain all interiors, do laundry, ironing and help in the kitchen.

Salary is negotiable.  Small efficiency apartment.
