Resident Manager (or Couple) Rent Exchange - San Fernando Valley, CA

Seeking Experienced Resident Manager or Couple.

Looking for an experienced, qualified on-site resident manager for apartment building in the west end of the San Fernando Valley.

Compensation is a 2 bedroom apartment.

The candidate must have a minimum of 3 years on-site experience.

- Must be available during the day to respond to calls and attend to issues in a  timely fashion.
- Will be required to work during daytime hours and weekends.
- Must be proactive in tenant related issues.

Looking for someone who is friendly, outgoing, organized, hardworking, reliable and has excellent customer service skills.  Basic computer skills required, must have own computer and access to email.

Duties will include:

Leasing: Show apartments, screen tenants, market surveys, and advertise apartments.  Required to do open houses and be available when prospective tenants want to see apartment.

Maintenance: Schedule maintenance staff, make sure all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner. Walk building and look for any problems or concerns that need to be addressed.

Tenant Relations: Collect rent and deal with late paying tenants, post notices, enforce rules, deal with all tenant questions and concerns.
