We are looking for a dynamic, motivated and hands-on couple to manage and operate our 4 apartment Hotel in Amsterdam
BnB ZOH is a small hotel with 10 rooms divided over 4 apartments located in the neighborhood Heesterveld in the district of Amsterdam Zuid Oost next to the metrostation Bullewijk (15 minutes from city centre)
The building is a former social housing complex now partly for business spaces and partly for creative people/student housing
Heesterveld is creative hub of activities as art, architecture, music, food and hospitality. A neighborhood in the process of gentrification.
The hotel is one of the place makers.
The hotel is postioned as a bed and breakfast to emphasize the character of small, local, cosy and private owned.
We do not serve breakfast (yet). All rooms have a small shared kitchen In the same buiding a cafe serves breakfast and lunch which is optional for our guests.
We are a affordable alternative for the more expensive hotels in the city and very well connected with local transport (metro).
Our theme is 'Stay creative book a creative stay.'
Most guests are in the age of 25-35. From the bigger cities in the UK, France, Spain , Germany, Italy and Asia.
Minimum stay is 3 nights. We do not clean occuppied rooms.
The hotel has in total 10 rooms and sleeps max 20 guests. The hotel manage also a vegetable garden together with the local community.
We are looking for a couple who would like to run the whole operation of the hotel which means
- administration and communication with guests via email
- manage the community garden:
- handling reservations and bookings (nearly all bookings via Airbnb)
- daily cleaning of the rooms and reception (average of 1 apartment to clean per day)
- laundry of the towels and sheets: washing (machines) and irioning
- organise check-ins and check-outs
- 24 hour presence at the buidling /reception due to safety reasons
Fee : 2500 euro per month (self employed professional)
Free housing of an apartment with a private room (12 m2) with shower and tv and a private kitchen diner. The check in desk/reception is part of the apartment.
Experience:
- minimum of at least two year working experience in hotel or bed and breakfast
Requirements:

Resident Management Team - Clackamas, OR

EXPERIENCED TEAM to manage a 270+ manufactured home community in Clackamas, OR 97267. The community is all-age, no pool, no community center.
Canidate must be proficient with WORD and able to use a computerized accounting system. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, rent collection, leases, notices, banking, corresondence, screening, four-sided and resale compliance inspections. The community is in good physical condtion, streets, lighting, etc. We have a maintenance staff in place. The park, grounds, office and files are in very good shape, nothing to fix.
We are open to disucsssing compensation based on experience and also willing to discuss other potential candidate needs. Compensation includes housing, utilities, phone, community vehicle, and salary.

We are looking for a couple with hospitality experience to manage our small motel in Saratoga. Our building has 16 rooms. We cater to both contractors working in the area and nightly guests. Our property has been renovated and is fairly low maintenance. Summers are quite busy with travelers visiting the natural hot springs and fantastic mountain ranges. Guest stays are 3-5 nights on average.
Our ideal couple has experience operating small lodging operations. The job duties include: checking in walk-in guests, cleaning rooms and common areas, helping manage communications and reservations, light property maintenance, and snow removal.
