The Property Management Team is responsible for managing operations and seeking to maximize the financial value of an assigned mobile home community. This Property Management Team works with the assigned Regional Asset Manager and together, in a partnership, work to improve the overall financial health of the community, community curb appeal, select contracted services, execute capital improvements, KPI reporting, community and employee safety, and legal compliance. Additionally, the Property Management Team’s responsibilities consist of daily administration, marketing, leasing, collections, resident relations, resident retention, and customer service. This includes daily oversight/maintenance of community curb appeal and maintenance personnel.
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT TEAM BENEFITS:

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT TEAM RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Management of residents, including but not limited to rent collection, lease renewals, eviction proceedings, community rule enforcement, etc
- Budget management and financial reporting
- Promotion of Property through outside marketing campaigns
- Showing homes to interested applicants
- Relationship building in the local community
- Perform grounds maintenance and overall upkeep to common areas of community.
- Coordinate projects with vendors as needed
- Rehabbing of onsite or incoming homes
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT TEAM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Willingness to work respectfully with people of diverse backgrounds
- 2-3 years of managerial experience in the property management space
- Able to work independently and with minimal supervision
- Willing to work in all outdoor conditions/elements – rain, heat etc.
- Strong written and verbal communication/teamwork skills
- Professional presentation
- Must be able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week with additional hours as needed for emergencies and other duties for proper management of asset
- Ability to solve problems involving: residents, personnel, finances, equipment/ maintenance issues, emergency situations, etc.
- Willing to learn and a drive to improve community/asset
- Ability to lift to 50 pounds is required
- Valid driver's license and clean background required
