The property is in Montaione, 15 kms far from San Gimignano.

We are looking for a man able to keep the garden and the swimming pool and a lady able to clean the apartments and welcome guests.

We have an international clientele and the job is very nice being in nature and having people from all over the world.

We are not able to do now as we have small children.

RV Resort in Eastpoint Florida is currently seeking an energetic couple for an immediate Camp Host Position that has become available. We are a Family Owned and Operated RV Resort near Apalachicola FL.  We are an upscale RV Park and strive to offer an unmatched camping experience for all of our guests. 

We are located directly on the Bay at St. George Sound and offer Breathtaking Sunrises and Sunsets for all of our guests. We offer all of our Camp Hosts a FHU site with 30/50amp service with water and sewer and Digital Cable TV and Wi-Fi along with Trash Service. We also offer 2 days off consecutive for all of our Camp Host Couples. Job currently available is for Ground maintenance & Cottage and Bathouse Cleaning, Laundry Help, Plant and shrubry upkeep at both parks and possible part-time office positions including a retail Camp Store Position will be possibly be available in the near future.Compensation for these hours will be discussed during the phone interviews.

Extremely Well-Maintained, 41-Space, All Age, Monthly RV Park Community that is Gated with a Pool and Laundry Facilities.   Ideally located less than a mile to major shopping centers, restaurants, and local attractions

Essential Functions:

• Effectively market our RV Park community
• Maintain Occupancy
• Conduct Move-Ins and Move-Outs
• Answer and return calls, texts and emails
• Rent Collection
• Answer Tenant questions  and resolve tenant issues or complaints
• Make sure tenants are following policy
• Open & Close Park Facilities Daily
• Maintain Park Facilities and Grounds
• Complete Park Repairs and Maintenance

Requirements:

• Valid Driver’s License and vehicle insurance
• Ability to work Office Hours of Monday to Friday 8am – 4pm (closed for lunch) & Park Facility Close-Up Hours of Monday to Friday 10pm -10:30pm
• Ability to be available for Park Emergencies
• Ability to cover for Weekend Relief Managers when they  are sick or go on vacation
• Ability to do both Maintenance around the Park and Office/Computer work

• Maintenance Experience needed to perform various maintenance needs within the RV Park.

What we offer:

• Permanent Management Position (not a Seasonal or Temporary position) which requires the Manager(s) to live On-Site Fulltime in the RV Park in Bakersfield, CA
• Full-time Paid Position for One Person OR Part-time Paid Position for Two People
• Annual Salary between $35K-$40K Commensurate with experience, skills and job description.

Who we are

We are a family owned Motel and Cabins Rental business. The owners Jim and Summer are semi-retired and would love for someone interested in a 3, 5, 10 year New Hampshire residence during summer, fall, winter and/or spring, A couple who love nature and would enjoy the beautiful foothills area of the White Mountains here at the Weirs Beach on Lake Winnipesaukee. There are as many ways to make this work as there are peoples. How we use the motel to help us have life quality is up to us. We are looking for a couple that together have an interest in the hospitality business and the information age. Young or old, a couple who wants to put in the work 7 months to enjoy the other 5. Jim and Summer are entrepreneurial and a couple with data base and app development skills may be interested in some of our "other" interests.

Role and Responsibilities for a working couple to provide as a team

• Experience supervising various departments (housekeeping, laundry, and front desk.
• Experience with Property Management Systems -taking reservation and processing payments.
• Customer service skills to ensure all guests’ expectations are met to the best of our ability.
• Familiar with multiple APPS to operate remote check-in procedure.
• Monitor occupancy and pricing daily to maximize revenues.
• Manage social media to market property and special events.
• Prepare weekly schedules for the employees.
• Properly maintain the cash box and accounting of cash received.
• Inventory of housekeeping and laundry linens, cleaning supplies and operating supplies Light maintenance, lightbulbs, door knobs, drain clogs Gardening and light yard work

Qualifications and Education Requirements
    •    Associate degree in hospitality or business OR equivalent experience
    •    1 to 2 years’ experience working with housekeeping, front desk and/or supervisory positions
    •    one person must have Driver’s license and vehicle
 

Preferred Skills
    •    Google drive worksheet and excel.
    •    Good Phone etiquette and customer service
    •    Energetic and capable of cleaning guest rooms, laundry, walking, and light carrying of items.
    •    Team players willing to work with staff
 

Additional Notes
This is a year-round position, even though the property is seasonal.  The couple will report to owners who will give directions as needed.  Driving is required to assist with the J-1 students’ weekly shopping and banking needs.  Also, to assist with buying operational/cleaning supplies.  The position will require cleaning guest rooms and laundry prior to J-1 students’ arrival and after they leave.  The position requires overseeing the office, phones, reservations, third party websites and social media.  The person will assist with opening the property in April and close the property down at the end of October.  Then continue to monitor the phones and summer reservations throughout the winter.
There is a full time maintenance person during season, but the couples team will assist with basic light maintenance. Lights bulbs, circuit breakers, clogged pipes, gardening, etc
Night time assistance and security will also be part of summer season
