We are looking for a office / maintenance couple to work 15 hours each, per week for a FHU site and electric. Campground master knowledge would be helpful. Computer knowledge is a must. We are a gated, adult-only resort, with lots of activities to keep you busy when your not working. Maintenance job would include reading electric meters, escorting rigs, watching the entrance gate, etc. Office work includes making reservations, collecting rent and electric payments, answering phones and maybe help clean 9 RV's rentals and 3 mobiles.

Occupancy in employer-provided onsite housing and experience in MHC Management are required.
Under the supervision of a Regional Manager, the Onsite Community Manager is responsible for the uniform enforcement of rules and regulations while maintaining good Community relations and ensuring compliance with the law. Day-to-day tasks may include, but are not limited to:
- Ensure a clean, safe, and code-compliant environment.
- Uphold and value every resident’s right to peaceful enjoyment of their homesite and the community.
- Collect and deposit rent payments, and perform all related bookkeeping tasks using Rent Manager software.
- Process applications for tenancy and facilitate a seamless move-in/move-out process.
- Prepare tenancy contracts and corresponding documents and present them for signing.
- Perform routine inspections and take corrective action for noted deficiencies.
- Handle resident complaints with urgency and empathy.
- Recognize and address maintenance needs.
- Solicit third-party contractor bids and oversee third-party projects.
- Effectively respond to urgent/emergency situations that occur outside of normal business hours.
- Other unspecified reasonable tasks as assigned to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the community.
One member of the team must have a general knowledge of:
- Building and facility maintenance.
- Plumbing and electrical systems.
- Submeter utility systems and meter reading (gas, electric and water).
- Groundskeeping and landscape.
- Swimming pool maintenance.
- General carpentry.
Desired skills & experience:
- One year experience managing a mobilehome community.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Working knowledge of tenant laws.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Rent Manager experience a plus.
Compensation: $25-$27 per hour DOE with a benefits package after successful completion of an introductory period.
