We are looking for 2 motivated, people-friendly persons to be an On-Site Resident Manager Team at a large self storage facility in ESCONDIDO, CA. Do you have what it takes to make a difference? Well if you have the following traits, characteristics and skills, please forward your resume today!
Reason for Hiring Need:
Long Term Manager’s scheduled to retire at the end of October.
Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

• Obtain new rentals over the phone, internet and at the counter.
• Provide excellent customer service; assist with all computer data entry and extraction.
• Show vacant spaces to prospective clients, complete rental agreements, collect rents, make collection calls, etc.
• Update reports of prospective client calls and inquiries as well as rentals.
• Keep office clean, neat and professional.
• Effectively communicate between all your team members, clients and supervisors and staff.
• Cleaning out vacant units, help keep grounds clean, perform lock checks, do lock cuts as required and perform light / medium maintenance.
* Daily, Weekly & Monthly account reconciliations.
Qualifications:
• Prior self storage experience is a plus but not required.
• General office and written and oral communications required.
• Ability to pay close attention to detail.
• Computer competency required, enter and extract data, apply payments, update and send reports.
• Cash, Check and Credit Card reconciliation of daily payments and cash drawer.
Market Surveys of area competitors.

Housekeeping/Cleaning - Winterhaven, CA

Housekeeping/Cleaning: We have 2 volunteer cleaning positions available for Singles or a Couple. We take pride in the cleanliness of our restrooms as well as the park in general. This position would require you to take care of the restrooms, laundry rooms and other buildings, 3 days per week for a total of 24 hours in trade for Full site & utilities, free laundry, free RO water. 24 hrs. week for Single person or combined for a Couple.

We would like a 2-year commitment but are flexible.
The Asst managers will be assisting the managers in building excellent guest relations with our staff, supervising and working with about 8 employees in maintaining the buildings and grounds on the campground, working on projects, housekeeping, and overseeing the convenience store/gift shop and RV checkin. Compensation is in the $33,000 each range but is negotiable depending on experience. You will need your own RV, with your site and electric included.
Construction, contracting, mechanical and/or retail experience a plus.

Workamping Couple - Lancaster, NH

Good health is a must since this is a fast-paced job that requires some lifting, bending down, working in hot weather, etc. Some of your duties will include housekeeping, office/store, wood delivery, trash pick up, pool slide attendant, and other various positions that we may need help filling.

Job Description: Must have excellent customer service and communication skills, be dependable, trustworthy, work well with fellow staff, as well as independently. Must be flexible and adaptable to change and love attention to detail. You will learn FOH and BOH procedures.
The job is fast-paced in the high season (Memorial Day through Labor Day) and slows down in the off-season. It entails a variety of duties that include, but are not limited to: barista, food prep, kitchen and café clean-up, customer service, stocking, etc. Food and pizza making experience is a plus! Resort back-up housekeeping is also an option if there is an opening.
Must have RV with self-contained bathroom. We have 50 amp full-hook-up service.
Well-behaved, quiet pets are welcome.
Training is “on-the-job”.
Must have Food Handler’s Certificate by the start of employment.
Starting pay is $16 per hour + tips.
RV space includes trash, recycling, Wi-Fi, water, laundry and sewage. You are responsible for propane and $100/month for utilities.
