We specialize in Northern Lights viewing from September through March. Summer is busy with travelers visiting the Yukon and Denali. Most guests stay 3 - 7 days at the lodge. 

Our ideal couple has experience operating lodging and bed and breakfast services.  The job duties include morning breakfast services, checking in guests to their rooms, cleaning rooms and common areas, and managing communications and reservations.

Workamping in Acadia National Park - Bass Harbor, ME

2024 Maine Workcamping opportunity in Acadia National Park, looking for couples, both will work outside, Job duties include: bathhouse and cabin cleaning, yard maintenance, minor repairs.

Work commitment is 16 hours each, the first 10 hours each pays for site cost (20hrs per site), the remaining hours will be paid. A 30 amp full hookup site is provided with sewer, electricity, Wi-Fi, Cable TV, heated pool all included, pets OK.

Work seasons are divided into slots, May 1 to July 31, June 1st to August 31st, July 1st to September 30th, August 1st Oct 24th.

Essential Functions:

· Show and sell new and used homes

· Execute and carry out marketing and advertising plans

· Collect rent and process notices for multiple properties

· Maximize Community occupancy

· Professionally resolve resident concerns

· Provide hands-on leadership and management to maintenance contractors.

· Maintain a positive Community environment and improve the quality of the communities.

· Communicate with the Corporate Office, on a daily basis

· Manage policies and procedures and process accurate monthly reports.

· Protect and maintain Company assets. Control expenses. Duties subject to change, as deemed appropriate by Management.

Greetings from Alaska we are currently seeking a qualified Adventurous and enthusiastic couple for our 2024 season at our retail store in the historic Cannery at Icy Strait Point  in Hoonah Alaska . Dates are flexible with -beginning to mid April and ending end of September.

Duties will include customer service, stocking, tagging and light cleaning. Must be able to go up and downstairs and carry 30 to 40 pounds -compensation will include housing, Wi-Fi, laundry facilities, wages, start at $18.00 an hour -30 to 40 hours a week per person- depending on the cruise ship schedule. Hoonah is located 40 miles from Juneau Alaska. We are in a temperate rainforest. It can be wet and overcast here in the summer.  Ideal candidates for this job are an adventurous, energetic and outgoing  couple who enjoy the many activities this area has to offer camping, whale, watching, fishing, and kayaking, to name a few.

Excellent  customer service skills and a well- kept appearance are required.
