- Train with us regularly to stay current on landlord-tenant laws and manufactured housing regulations
- Coordinate with vendors for maintenance and repairs
- Represent the company with a positive, solution-focused attitude
- Attend to the cleanliness and landscaping on your own rental lot, as well as common areas and parking areas. This includes mowing, weeding, watering, and general clean-up as needed.
What We're Looking For
- Basic computer skills – familiar with Microsoft Office 365 and open to learning new software, experience with property management software is a plus
- Strong communication skills – able to connect with a wide variety of people and peacefully encourage them to understand their responsibilities
- Detail-oriented and highly reliable
