We are seekking an experienced, hands-on property management couple to oversee the daily operations of a well-maintenaned 300-space senior manufactured home community located in the heart of the Coachella Valley, CA.
Position Overview:
This is an onsite opportunity for a motivated couple with strong leadershipo, communitation, and organizational skills. The team will be responsbile for the smooth and efficient management of the community, ensuring a high standard of resident satifsfaction and property maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Property Management & Administration - Manage day-to-day operations of the community. Oversee leasing, rent collection, resident files, and compliance with community policies. Prepare and process leasing paperwork and related documentation.
- Maintenance Oversight. Supervise and coordinate property maintenance and repairs. Ensure all facilities and common areas are clean, safe and well-maintained. Vendor and contractor coordination.
- Resident Relations. Foster a friendly, respectful, and supportive environment for senior residents. Respond to resident inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience managing manufactured home communities or similar properties.
- One person with strong administravie/leasing background; the other with maintenance and/or facility operations experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of general property management practices.
- Comfort using property management software and office technology.

As a Resort Couples Managers, it is your duty to administer and maintain all phases of community operations to include personnel functions, leasing community maintenance, monitoring market conditions, budget control, advertising and resident relations.

- Reviews renewals and prepares budget increase recommendations according to operating budget and market conditions.
- Prepares and follows guidelines of community operating budget, and makes recommendations for ways to maximize income and minimize expenses.
- Performs variety of duties associated with leasing/marketing and community functions.
- Supports overall marketing efforts and offers input and suggestions in regards to promotions, advertisements, etc.
- Analyzes and monitors community market conditions to anticipate market changes or trends that could affect the profitability of the community.
- Monitors closing rations of leasing associates to ensure requirements are met and provides additional training as necessary.
- Supervises the planning and implementation of, and attends and monitors, various community recreational and social activities.
- Ensures staff is implementing resident retention and renewal programs.
- Supervises and ensures collection of all rent and other Resort income.
- Inspects Resort common areas, models and vacant units on a regular basis and completes the community inspection report.
- Reviews and approves or rejects resident applications.
- Understands and complies with state landlord-tenant law and Fair Housing laws and standards.
- Performs variety of duties associated with maintenance and related programs.
- Monitors maintenance activities to ensure resident requests and preventative maintenance programs are being performed according to company standards.
- Makes recommendations and oversees the editing of the community newsletter.
- Becomes active in local business community and develops rapport with residential community.
- Attends and participates in training seminars as requested.
- Ensures all on-site staff has enrolled in and completed necessary courses.
- Transports residents and/or prospective residents via motorized vehicle throughout Resort grounds; runs errands as necessary.
- Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
- Supervise and plan social events for residents.

Job Qualifications
- Minimum Education: High School
- Minimum Experience: 2 Years of on-site management
- Minimum Field-of-Expertise: Residential or commercial management experience, including supervisory responsibility.
- Preferred Education: Bachelor’s Degree
- Preferred Field-of-Expertise: Sales/multi-family leasing experience
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
- Yardi Accounting Software a plus, but not mandatory

A couple needed for a family recreational/cattle ranch in the Laramie Mountain Range of southeast Wyoming July 10 to Oct 15. Owners and friends come on weekends, USUALLY Thur. to Sunday. Numbers usually range from 5-20. There is a 10,000ft main residence as well as several outbuildings and structures that will need to be maintained and cared for. The applicants will be responsible for overseeing all systems within and outside the home and buildings with preventative maintenance always in mind. The applicants must be mechanically inclined with carpentry skills for small projects and basic plumbing/electrical. Knowledge in internet researching will be needed to troubleshoot.
Full, detail oriented zone cleaning housekeeping is required along weekly spot cleaning with outbuildings.
Applicants must be fit and willing to help with physical demands (elevation 7800ft)
Basic vehicle maintenance and cleaning of vehicles
Helping serving and cleanup of meals during family attendance.
Groundskeeping
Water features, sprinkler systems, and various walking paths and patios that need to be maintained.
Weekly lawn mowing and landscaping

We’re currently seeking an experienced Line Cook who is passionate about seasonal cooking and can thrive in a fast-paced, elevated kitchen environment on a small team.
Responsibilities:
- Prep and cook lunch service, including fresh salads, burgers, and sandwiches made from scratch with seasonal ingredients
- Execute a nightly four-course dinner service with consistency and attention to detail
- Dinner service averages 30–60 covers, supported by 2–3 cooks depending on business levels
- Handle and prepare proteins with confidence and precision (meat, fish, poultry)
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and sustainability standards throughout all service periods
- Show initiative and leadership - there is room to grow into a Lead Line Cook or Sous Chef role based on exceptional performance
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience working in a professional kitchen (line cook experience mandatory)

- Wood-fire cooking experience is a plus
- Ability to shift between lunch and dinner service with efficiency and a positive attitude

All shifts must be willing to:
- Work 10-hour shifts with a 2-hour midday break between lunch and dinner services

- Work in high-heat environments and occasional winter storms, especially during dinner service and near the wood-fire oven
- Adapt to a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays

Position #2 Maintenance/Housekeeping Worker (5 Days/Week)
- 3 Maintenance Shift (supporting guests checkouts, stripping bed & daily operations checklist)
- 1 Housekeeping Shift (cleaning accomodations, restrooms - ensuring brand standards)
- 1 Dish/Laundry Shift (clean lunch/dinner service dishes & complete kitchen laundry)
Qualifications:
- Maintenance experience is a plus.
- No experience needed in Housekeeping
All shifts must be willing to:
- Work in all types of weather and inside units that can get hot inside depending on seaso
- Stand for 7–8-hour shifts
- Lift up to 25 lbs. using proper bending and lifting techniques
- Walk up and down many stairs in a day and navigate hilly pathways
Compensation:
- Team Member: $17.50/hour + Tips (or based on experience)
- $500 Bonus: A $500 bonus will be issued after 6 weeks of strong performance. If the contract is broken and you leave early, the bonus amount will be deducted from your final paycheck.
