Maintain accurate and organized records for reservations, finances, and maintenance logs.

Keep the motel and your private living space clean and well-maintained.

Qualifications:

Handyman skills, including minor plumbing, electrical repairs, and general maintenance a must.

Experience in hospitality, customer service, or property management preferred.

Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail in record-keeping.

Friendly, professional attitude with a commitment to outstanding guest service.

Ability to uphold cleanliness in both the motel and personal apartment.

Pet owners welcome (pets subject to approval).

Must provide at least two professional references to verify reliability and skills.
