Resident Property Management Couple for a large, upscale, all age manufactured housing community comprised of 230 spaces. The Positions require a self-motivated full time two person team, with good problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach incorporated with great customer service capabilities.
Job Responsibilities:
Administrative Skill Set:
Good basic computer skills are necessary for use with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Internet use, and onsite management software. Applicants must have a professional appearance and the ability to interact calmly and professionally with our clientele. Duties include collection of rents, maintaining occupancy levels, documentation for resident files, processing an screening of applicants for residency in the community ad enforcement of community standards. Daily invoice approvals, clubhouse event scheduling and daily interaction with residents, including conflict resolution abilities are necessary.
Maintenance Skill Set:
Hands on general maintenance abilities, supervisory capabilities and the ability to meet time-lines and schedules. Some, but not all, tasks are general maintenance of common areas, rule enforcement, site inspections, reading of utility meters, swimming pool maintenance and sub-contractor approval ad supervision and the ability to interact professionally with residents.
Basic Requirements:
* High School diploma or equivalent (those with some college preferred)
* Must have clean driving record; pass a background check, drug and physical capability check.
* Manufactured housing property management experience preferred but not necessary
* On-site housing (provided)
Paid vacations, salary commensurate with experience.

TEAM consists of one full time maintenance and one part time manager/ caretaker.

Duties include, but are not limited to:
Manager:
Answering phones, emails and walk-ins

Maintain A+ community appearance
Prepare, review and execute leases with new and renewing residents
Collect rents, manage accounts receivable and billing on our rental software
Process resident inquiries and complaints -- enforcing community living standards
Copy and email when needed, run errands as necessary
Assist in court appearance and make appearance for eviction actions
Maintenance:
Maintenance, repairs, replacements, and upkeep of property and homes as needed
Grounds keeping, including snow removal and lawn maintenance
Organize, assist (and lead) with miscellaneous projects and developments
Turn over
Compensation includes manager home, utilities and wage, bonus program.

We are a small family run resort with 5 cabins and 30+ seasonal camping sites located in the Northwoods of Minnesota on the Cass Chain of Lakes that includes 2 rivers and 7 lakes. Kitchi Lake itself offers 1,858 acres of varied structure with a max depth of 50 ft. Enjoy catching Walleye - Northern - Muskie - Large & Smallmouth Bass - Crappie - Bluegills & Sunfish! Hike the almost 300 miles of the Chippewa National Forest, the old growth pine forest at the Lost 40, or bike the Paul Bunyan Trail! Easy day trips to the water ways of Voyagers National Park, museums on the Iron Range or exploring the Mississippi Headwaters at Itasca State Park. Lodging included in a 2021 Sportsmen destination trailer with king bed, full kitchen / bath, and massage recliners.
Ideal candidates will have experience with:
- Grounds maintenance including familiarity with lawn maintenance equipment like mowers, blowers, trimmers, etc.

Workamp Opportunities - Gold Country Campground Resort - Pine Grove, CA
WHY DO WE SHOW EXPIRED LISTINGS?
Gold Country Campground Resort is located in Pine Grove, California, which is approximately a 1-hour drive east of Sacramento. Nestled between the evergreens in Northern California, the campground is at a 2,800 ft elevation and consists of 51 RV sites, 30 tent sites, 15 lodge rooms and cabins, and 27 monthly RV sites.
For the 2024 peak season, we have the following workamp positions available:
Job Descriptions:
Landscaping/Groundskeeping
- Maintain property grounds / general grounds maintenance work
- Plant, cultivate, water and spray plants, shrubs, hedges, and trees
- Rake and hoe leaves and pine needles
- Be able to use and operate lawn mower(s), weed eaters, and other tools
- Wear safety equipment as required
- Be able to stand and walk for considerable portion of the day
- Be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Must be able to work independently without constant supervision
- Any other campground work/assistance as needed.
Activities/Front Desk
- Budget and plan activities for campground's peak season
- Compose calendar of activities with different themes for non-holiday weekends
- Plan a more involved, fun and engaging schedule of activities for Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day and Camp-o-Ween weekends
- Execute activities for both children and adults
- Assistance, as requested, with execution of activities to be provided by fellow workampers
- Front Desk back-up
- Answer telephone calls
- Help guests with reservations
- Camp store sales
- Any other campground work/assistance as needed.
Housekeeping/Front Desk
- Turnover and clean lodging as required
- Campground lodging consists of 1 cottage, 6 cabins and 8 lodge rooms
