Mobile Home Set Up and Repairs - TN

I have multiple mobile home parks in TN that have vacant spaces. We are working to fill those spaces with homes and need a team that can help get those homes set up and ready for move in once they are delivered.
This includes connection to utilities, building decks, installing skirting and repairs to the interior of the homes if needed.
You will need to be able to travel from park to park with your own vehicle.

The Bavarian Inn is a non-franchised, alpine inspired motor inn turned award winning family resort, providing seasonal lodging in Custer, SD. This 5.5 acre property includes 64 guest rooms, 2 swimming pools, hot tub, pickle ball court, fitness trail, cafe, & many beautiful gathering spaces - all amongst a forested, picturesque backdrop.
We have a team of 20-30 team members in season with approx 1/2 of them already living in our small community. The others typically come from around the world to work, live and play in the Black Hills for the season.

2024 Maine Workcamping opportunity in Acadia National Park, looking for couples, both will work outside, Job duties include: bathhouse and cabin cleaning, yard maintenance, minor repairs. Work commitment is 16 hours each, the first 10 hours each pays for site cost (20hrs per site/perweek), the remaining hours will be paid. A 30 amp full hookup site is provided with sewer, electricity, Wi-Fi, Cable TV, heated pool all included, pets OK. Work seasons are divided into slots, May 1 to July 31, June 1st to August 31st, July 1st to September 30th, August 1st Oct 24th. Seeking Caretaker Couple for a Northern California Duck Club

A private duck hunting club in Northern California's Suisun Marsh, seeks a seasonal or year-round, on-site Caretaker. This position is best suited for a couple or two people who work well together and have experience in meal planning, prep, and execution.
The 1,200 acre remote property is a 25-minute drive from the nearest town (Fairfield, California) and about 90 minutes from San Francisco or Sacramento. The property includes modern amenities such as Wi-Fi, central heating and A/C, reverse-osmosis water purification, and a well-equipped commercial kitchen. The island provides fantastic striper and sturgeon fishing, excellent bird watching, and amazing sunrises and sunsets.
Caretakers are provided with a furnished two-bedroom apartment (utilities included), a vehicle for town runs, and salaries.
Responsibilities include:
* meal planning, shopping, preparation, serving, and cleaning up during the hunting season (Tuesday dinner; Wednesday breakfast; Friday dinner; Saturday breakfast, lunch, dinner)
* cleaning and maintaining the common areas of the lodge (not private rooms or baths)
* modest grounds maintenance including lawn care, facility upkeep, and monitoringa and operation of several water control gates
The hunting season runs from mid-October - mid-February. Caretakers interested in year-round employment and residence, act as a security presence and maintain the facilities during the offseason months (March - September).
This position starts in Spring 2024.

Seasonal Central Colorado mountain fishing resort with 26 rental units is seeking hardworking, energetic non-smoking couple to provide onsite management of day-to-day operations. Applicants must be able to work/live in a high-altitude environment, that requires climbing and decending stairs and trails.
Guest receptionist job duties include, but not limited to taking reservations, daily booking and data entry in the reservation system, guest check-in and check-out, oversee sales and inventory management of small gift/tackle shop. Daily scheduling of housekeeping and assisting with laundry duties.
Maintenance/handyman must be capable of performing light carpentry and plumbing work. Ability to perform grounds maintenance and small repair projects is required.
This is a full time position from mid-April through mid-October that requires more than forty hours per week. An onsite one bedroom furnished apartment with TV and WI-FI is provided. Off season duties include managing the reservations system for a few hours per week. Housing is not provided during the off season.
The resort is located at an elevation of 9362' surounded by national Forest with an abundence of native wildlife that include deer, elk, moose, bear and mountain lion. To insure that all of our guests can enjoy the native wildlife we do not allow pets on the resort property.
