Work Campers - Howe, IN

We are looking for workcampers couple/2 person team for our 2024 season. Duties include cleaning of 4 bathhouses 3 times a week. Opening and closing of the pool daily. cleaning pool and pool area along with maintaining pool chemicals. General clean up around the camp ground . Schedule 1 week on duty 1 week off.

Live-in Domestic Couple - VA

On behalf of our private returning client, we are looking for an experienced Domestic Couple for their main fully staffed home in Virginia, USA.

The principals are looking for a Domestic Couple who are seeking a long-term role, they really value their staff and staff have stayed with them for over 10 years. The ideal Domestic Couple will be experienced, reliable, organised, work well together and others, hands on, have basic I.T skills & MUST have relevant documentation with no restrictions.

The principals have multiple properties, but the couple must be flexible to travel To the Bahamas and London properties to cover the other couple’s holidays.

Duties:  Butler/Houseman/Driver/Handyman and Cook/Housekeeper

• As a couple all the tasks as a butler and cook
• Provision of all meals, shopping for food and other necessities
• Formal table service
• Maintaining household supplies, overseeing housekeepers, and when housekeepers are absent general housekeeping (making beds etc)
• Care of silver, antiquities and employers delicate clothing and personal belongings.
• Management of the estate's principal residence including overseeing mechanical rooms, pools maintenance, heating & air-conditioning systems etc. 
• One of the couples shall be primarily responsible to manage the household checking account and provide records for bookkeeping.
• Supervise and assist Daily help
• Responsible for overseeing and management of event as the principals entertain family and friends and occasionally large groups for which caterers are called
• Coordinate with suppliers and set up appointments with numerous maintenance people e.g. plumbers, pool maintenance, electrician etc.
• Household budget and liaise with Head office controller. 
• Work closely with Principal's PA as part of the estate team.
• Care for pets (labradoodle and cat) if any and must be aware of health and safety, cleanliness and tidiness and food hygiene

When employers are not in residence:

• Overall responsibility of estate oversight and maintenance of residence
• Completion of tasks and jobs best performed in their absence such as updating of inventories
• Replacement of supplies
• Carpet cleaning, window washing, pest control, silver polish, knives sharpening etc.

Accommodations: 2-bedroom house on the estate - all bills included apart from Groceries

Salary - is negotiable in the region of $150,000 annual for both but can be flexible for the right couple

Start: ASAP but can wait for the right couple

Unless otherwise specified a minimum of 2 years relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Immediate opening for a resident management team for our thriving self-storage facility in Union City, CA.  The successful candidate must consist of two energetic people who enjoys working together as a team.  A proven customer service background and strong management experience is necessary in the day-to-day operations. Responsible in completing all normal tasks related with the daily office and facility procedures. 

DUTIES includes but not limited to:

Manage day-to-day operations of the facility 
Greet customers and vendors in a professional manner 
Answer the telephone in an enthusiastic manner
Show, rent and clean units 
Posting of rent and sales

            Unit/site inventory providing maintenance report

            Prepare computer generated letters and notices

            Perform daily lock check, uphold facility security

            Make collection calls and process liens on delinquent accounts 

            Perform market surveys 

Hiring, training and firing of relief managers

            Clean public restroom and replenish office supplies as needed

            Responsible for all daily and month end reports

            Bank Deposits and Post office drops

            Maintain exceptionally clean appearance and upkeep of facility both inside and outside

            Strong organizational skills

            Communicate facility issues in a timely manner 

QUALIFICATIONS

            Must be eligible to work in the United States

            Pre-employment background check and drug testing

            Must have a clean and valid Driver’s license

High school diploma/GED equivalent and at least 2 years of related experience in sales, customer service, leasing or rentals.

Must be a team player and have strong leadership skills

Must be profit driven

Computer literate and detail oriented

Able to work independently and well with others
