Philadelphia, PA family of 6 is seeking a full-time, live-in domestic Couple to manage their home and keep it clean. Responsibilities will include full housecleaning, all family laundry and ironing, assistance with meal preparation, cooking and washing dishes, as well as assistance with serving when they entertain, about once a week. They also require overall maintenance and care of home, HVAC, home technology, electrical, plumbing, appliances and oversight of outside contractors when necessary. They will require some small handyman projects, replacing light bulbs and keeping extras stocked; automobile cleanliness and overseeing maintenance; and some assistance with transportation and light errands.
The right candidates must be child-friendly and willing to help with childcare during the week as needed, as well as most Saturday evenings. Workdays are usually Tuesday through Saturday night; hours are flexible, and they are able to be flexible with changing a day off if necessary. Knowledge of a kosher home a plus, but they are willing to train the right candidates.
The family spends most of their summer at a beach house, so summer is a time for deep household cleaning. This family is eager to find a professional, friendly, trustworthy, discreet, unobtrusive, and quiet couple with experience in working in a private home together.

Our fantastic Campground Hosts work in the campground assisting with the reservation system, selling camping permits and providing customer service to our visitors. You also serve as eyes and ears for USFS personnel in their assigned campground.
The satisfaction of helping both the National Forest and its visitors is the Campground Host’s greatest reward. By their presence, Hosts minimize vandalism thereby saving the taxpayer many dollars in upkeep and property damage. There is no substitute for the personal touch that makes a camper feel welcome and, “at home.” Who else can inform a visitor when and where the fish bite best?
Campground Hosts meet visitors from all walks of life, and often, fellow campers become lasting friends. Many Campground Hosts and campers return to the same campground year after year, sharing stories of new grandchildren, winter activities, and old memories
Duties: Duties vary, but can be a combination of the following: · Live at the campground from mid-May through mid-September · Ability to work well with, and report to, company management · Offer information and explain regulations, such as fee system and campground rules · Verify campers have purchased their site and filled out the proper fee envelope · Educate campers about campground rules and the protection of natural resources. · Maintain and clean campsites, restrooms and day use areas daily · Must provide own living quarters, in a hard-sided vehicle such as a trailer or RV · Willingness to help with light maintenance · Answer visitor questions and provide them with excellent customer service · Participate in interpretive programs and maintaining message centers and bulletin boards
Qualifications: · Friendly and courteous to USFS staff and campground visitors and the ability to communicate clearly with them · Arrive by mid-May and stay through Labor Day · Abide by National Forest regulations and safety guidelines

Elderly couple is seeking the assistance of an energetic couple who would help maintain two private summer camps on a lake in the Adirondacks.
The main camp is a boat-access, ten-acre property with four main buildings, docks, and various boats. The second property, also boat-access, is a 1600 sq.ft, two-bedroom, 1 1/2 bath, restored boathouse, and will be your private residence from May 1 to October 1, 2018. Both properties require indoor and outdoor maintenance.
Successful couple is retired, has boat-operating experience, a handyman background, and enjoys the work required to manage an old-growth forest setting. Compensation includes housing and a monthly wage for 20 hours per person, per week.
Innkeeping/Farming Couple - Cummington, MA

Seeking an Innkeeping and Farming couple to run a small 4 Room B&B and a 200 Acre Farm in Western MA. This is a live-in, year round, permanent position. Well behaved pets are welcome.
The ideal candidates have excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, enjoy guest interaction and hospitality, have a strong desire to farm, are honest, self-motivated, energetic, organized, can multi-task, and have a can-do attitude.
B&B duties include, but are not limited to, being responsible for day to day operations including reservations (phone and online), guest check in, housekeeping, making simple breakfast, answering phones and interacting with guests. Further responsibilities include, maintaining gardens, mowing, plowing snow and cutting firewood.
Farming operations are currently limited to hay production with almost unlimited potential for other farming activities to be added.
We are looking for a couple that we can work closely with to grow our small B&B and fledgling farm operation.

We are looking for individuals or couples willing to help with some maintenance items needed next summer at our wilderness lodge.
To give you an example of we need done I'll generate a list below:
• help in the 30 x 72 foot greenhouse - plant, weed, harvest
• many of our cabins need log oil (like a varnish) either sprayed on or brushed in some cases - hardest part of this job is taping the windows if spraying
• some of the decks need boards replaced or railings worked on
• other repairs or maintenance items as they come up
• some house keeping duties (for guest cabins) could be included
In exchange for labor we will provide:
• a place to park your RV or one of our historic cabins (for time you are working)
• free wifi
• breakfast and dinner
• showers
• use of hot tub, sauna, canoes, fat tire bikes
• use of numberous hiking trails
