We are a family owned and opperated business and want someone who will treat this facility as their own and have fun doing it.

Must have experience in self storage or related field (apt rentals, camp ground on site manager, RV park manager, etc)

Responsibilities:

The Manager will run all of the day to day operations of the property. This includes leasing, marketing, and reporting for the property. You will be expected to:

• Manage office and maintenance in an operating self-storage business.
• Provide outstanding customer service including assessing and resolving customer issues, and inquiries.
• Show and lease storage units, sell merchandise, complete lease paperwork, collect rent, and make collection calls.
• Manage rents and specials offered.
• Balance cash drawer & petty cash, and make daily bank deposits.
• Prepare weekly and monthly management reports.
• Maintain required tenant documentation in orderly fashion and regularly audit for completeness.
• Maintain clean office and facility.
• Assist in preparing units for auction as prescribed by law, and approved by management
• Effectively communicate with owners.
• Perform light repairs and maintenance duties
• Perform daily rounds to check property for security and cleanliness

General qualifications:

• Prior self storage experience preferred, but not required.
• Sales experience is preferred, but not required.
• General office and written / oral communication skills required
• Computer competency required

Workcampers Needed - Tombstone, AZ

Small tourist town with clientele from all over the world. We are in need of a breakfast only cook 5 days a week, including the week end and cleaning a men's bathroom and a womans bathroon on a daily basis in exchange for site rent, water & trash.

 The maintenance position pays an hourly wage and is 5 days a week 6 to 8 hours per day. Duties incude vsried chores from yard work, repair work, office chores, helping people park vehicles to what ever needs tending to.

Work Camper - Big Spring, TX

We are looking for a Work Camper for a RV Park in Big Spring, TX. (couple or single). Starting mid-February or first part of March 2018 working through end of October (dates are negotiable).

Work 20 hour per week in exchange for a full hook up site, which includes Cable TV, and Wi Fi. Work consists mainly of outdoor yard upkeep and some maintenance on equipment. Helping managers where ever you may be needed.  Office work would be answering phones, making reservations, accepting payments etc.…. With every other week-end off (Manager will train where needed).   Great position for retired or semi-retired couple.  One party is more than welcome to work outside the RV Park.

Our park has 52 sites with primarily monthly residents.  There is a laundry and showers at the park.

Working managers live on site. We are located approx. 5 miles from Wal Mart and 5.5 miles from HEB grocery store. Approx. 40 miles from Midland, a major city with plenty of shopping.

Must have your own RV, 2008 or newer. Upon request please be able to provide photo of yourself and your RV. This is a pet friendly park, so pets are welcome as long as they are not aggressive.
