Park Manager and Assistant Manager couples sought to operate select Vermont State Parks. Several positions are available for couples who work well together. These positions responsible for managing all day to day operations of a state park includng supervising staff, customer service, and light maintenance.

Pay grades depend on the size and complexity of the park and range from $13.27 per hour to $16.98 per hour for new employees. These poitons are 48 hours per week and require evening and weekend work. Residency is required for which housing is provided. First Aid and CPR certifications are required by the time employees begin work. 

RV Park Managers - Anacortes, WA

Seeking self-motivated working couple to manage a beautiful 150 space RV Park.

One person in the office doing all aspects of office work. MUST be friendly and have excellent customer service skills, must be computer literate. Responsibilities include; answering the phone, checking people in,  making reservations on our reservations system (Rez Expert), marketing vacancies, rent collection. Other person outside doing all aspects of property maintenance - cleaning (total of 6 showers, 6 toilets, small laundry room), blowing streets, maintaining utilities, small repairs, etc.

Applicants must have drivers license and insurance for Washington.

Salary plus nice double wide home provided. Must pass a credit and background check.

Both will work 40hrs per week and have 2 flexible days off per week. Should have proven experience in Retirement Communities, Assisted Living Communities, Apartment Management, Mobile Home Community Management or Self Storage Management and U-Haul truck rentals. A seasonal not-for-profit sustainability education lodge and retreat center has several job openings ideal for a working couple. The open positions are Office Manager, Cook and Maintenance Manager. 

Our goal for these positions would be to have the working couple assume responsibility for two of the positions listed above, not share a single position. Our season runs from mid-May through the end of September or first week in October.

All positions offer room, board, and a seasonal salary. Preference given to those interested in forming a relationship and staying on for more than one season. Seasonal commitment is on-site mid-May to early October.
