MANAGEMENT COUPLE FOR SELF STORAGE PROPERTY (PASCO COUNTY) - Port Richey, FL

NEW EXCITING OPPORTUNITY FOR THE RIGHT COUPLE!! Experienced,out-going and professional couple to live onsite and manage Self Storage Property w/U-Haul truck rentals in Pasco County.

• Excellent leasing abilities, collections, computer, banking, marketing experience. • Proficient in technology applications such as Yardi, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office. • Must be energetic, self-motivated, and able to multi-task, flexible to changes and updates. • Need to be friendly, helpful,and professional on the phone ensuring all property amenities are provided to callers. • Also need to present a friendly, helpful and professional image to tenants and customers who come into the office. • Must have experience renting U-Haul trucks/trailers and receiving trucks/trailers back from customers. • Cleaning of vacated storage units,keep property free of trash and litter and other   light maintenance as needed. • Must be able to lift 50-lbs or more assisted or unassisted. Both will work 40hrs per week and have 2 flexible days off per week. Should have proven experience in Retirement Communities, Assisted Living Communities, Apartment Management, Mobile Home Community Management or Self Storage Management and U-Haul truck rentals.
