Mobile Home Park Assistant Management Team - Riverside, CA

We are looking for an experienced Resident Assistant Management Team for a 159 space all-age mobile home park in Riverside.
Applicants should be familiar with "Title 25″ and the "California Civil Codes" pertaining to mobilehome park residency. Ideally there will be 2 applicants; an Office team member and a Park Maintenance Team Member.
The office team member will provide support while the Park Managers are on vacation 2 weeks (10 days) out of each year and on alternating holidays. This team member will fill in for the office manager and perform administrative duties such as running credit checks, issuing and serving 3-day and 14-day notices, accept and deposit rent payments, oversee the signing of rental agreements, and use excel to track utility usage.
The Park Maintenance team member will handle any weekend maintenance assigned by the full-time manager and may involve the use of a sit down mower, push mower, lawn edger, hedge trimmer and chainsaw. Weekend duties may also include pool and spa cleaning, maintenance of the common areas, water meter reading, and occasional sprinkler repair. This position also requires a clean DMV record.
We require that the Assistant Management Team has experience with mobilehome park management and/or apartment management experience and that the team be capable of handling any situations that may arise while maintaining a high level of professionalism in difficult situations.

GENERAL DUTIES
Responsible for the daily planning, management and leadership role on the campground, to include registration, retail, other income items, all other outlets centers, physical plant and related financial reporting and other various duties.
SPECIFIC DUTIES
- Manage and maintain a qualified, friendly and professional staff using proper personnel procedures for hiring, training, scheduling and management of all employees to comply with the payroll budget and business needs.

- Manage and maintain the standards and cleanliness of the campground’s physical plant to meet the needs of the guest.
- Ensure the integrity of the operation by understanding and maintaining tight control of revenue and cash generated by the campground.
- Monitor the compliance to all campground policies, programs and procedures, including safety requirements.
