Looking for a front desk/ day to day operational manager or couple for a 50-unit independent boutique hotel, may rebrand to a franchise in the future, located just an hour outside of San Antonio, TX in a quaint little town. Must be fluent in English.
Job duties include minor maintenance i.e. changing light bulbs, reprograming electronic locks when necessary, making sure supplies are stocked, working closely with the housekeeping team and aiding when possible. (*making rooms will not be necessary). Tending the front desk and managing reservations and RevPAR, as well as problem solving whenever situations arise. Campground Management Team - Milton, FL

We are looking for a qualified couple to manage our KOA located in Milton FL. The Campground has 115 pads, 12 cabins and 22 tent sites.
GENERAL DUTIES
Responsible for the daily planning, management and leadership role on the campground, to include registration, retail, other income items, all other outlets centers, physical plant and related financial reporting and other various duties.
SPECIFIC DUTIES
- Manage and maintain a qualified, friendly and professional staff using proper personnel procedures for hiring, training, scheduling and management of all employees to comply with the payroll budget and business needs.
- Provide exceptional guest service, by engaging and demonstrating a positive and friendly interaction with guests and team members throughout all areas of the campground. Thank your staff, guests and have fun with what you do!
- Manage and maintain the standards and cleanliness of the campground’s physical plant to meet the needs of the guest.
- Ensure the integrity of the operation by understanding and maintaining tight control of revenue and cash generated by the campground,
- Monitor the compliance to all campground policies, programs and procedures, including safety requirements.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to lift to 50 pounds, lift and carry 25 pounds occasionally and 10 pounds regularly

- Long periods of standing (75%), or sitting
- Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and climb
- Able to work inside and outdoors frequently and in various climates
JOB QUALIFICATIONS

- Previous Campground management experience in particular with KOA preferred

Part-time live-In caregiver in exchange for room and board - Palm Springs, CA

She is currently bedridden and would need help with toileting, bathing, meal preparation, food shopping and medication administration. This position is in exchange for room and board. Live in working couple required in SW France - Birac

Very exciting role for a all rounded, confident, self motivated and hard working couple to live in and be involved across all levels within a new hotel in South West France. Ideally one half would have a clean license, English is a must and French would be helpful but not essential.
The ideal candidates would take care of the bistro serving light meals throughout the day, including breakfast, the other half of the couple would be looking after the hotel side including check ins, guest liason, housekeeping and generally be flexible with the jobs that are to be done.
The property will run as a boutique hotel and wedding venue and will open for it’s first summer this April. There will be oppurtunities to learn new skills and take on management responsibilities. The hotel is run by a small English team who are also on site managing every element.
The hotel is set within 6 acres of gardens in the middle of the Cognac vineyards, there are 5 gites, and 7 further bedrooms, along with an outdoor, indoor swimming pool, intimate spa, hotel lounge and lots of outdoor seating areas. We have completely renovated the property to a high standard, the plan is to attract guests from all over the world and create amazing events throughout the summer as well as selling the venue for weddings.
We are 1 hr 20 mins from Bordeaux airport and 20 mins from Angouleme. This is a really exciting role for a couple who would like to know everything about running a small hotel, especially if one half has a passion for local produce, cooking and events.

Work Camper Couples Needed Variety of Positions Available Summer 2018 - Keystone, SD

Wanted: Summer Season 2018. We are looking for workamper couples who are physically fit, enjoy working hard, having fun and exploring the Black Hills of SD. We are a busy full service, family oriented campground, located in a beautiful valley in the Black Hills of SD. The campground sits on 23 acres between Mt. Rushmore and Custer State Park, on the scenic Iron Mountain Road. Deer, turkey and big horn sheep are regular visitors to our campground.
Our positions include: housekeeping, store (reservations & retail), maintenance and café.
Housekeeping: Among other duties that could be assigned, this position involves cleaning and inventorying 19 cabins upon guest checkout, daily towel exchange, laundry, daily cleaning of shower house and toilet trailer.
Store: These positions require computer literacy as this role involves taking reservations on Campground Automation software system and QB POS registers for store purchases. Store positions must be able to multitask as they are responsible for guest relations, reservations, store sales, inventory control, check-ins and guest information. Candidates must be able to work well with others and have great customer service skills.
Maintenance: This position is responsible for the overall maintenance and upkeep of the facilities, including cabin repairs, lawn & grounds maintenance, pool upkeep, special projects and more. Candidates should have knowledge of construction, repairs of plumbing, electrical, etc. Also good mechanical skills.
Café: Our café serves breakfast, lunch & dinner. We serve sandwiches, hamburgers, hot dogs, pizzas and breakfast type foods. These positions require a basic knowledge of food prep or the willingness to learn. Menu is not complicated. This position includes 1 meal per shift plus tips.
We are looking for folks who enjoy serving guests, who are willing to work, can get along well with others, have a positive attitude and are willing to be flexible in their job assignments. We offer a 30 amp FHU site for 8 hours work per week per couple (4 hours per person) plus $10.00/hour for hours worked after the 4 hours per person for the site. Average work week is 25 – 40 hours each week. We also offer a VIP pass for free or reduced admission to most area attractions, store & café discounts, free wi-fi, free laundry, and more.
A typical work week consists of 5 days per week, 5-8 hours a day per person. Our work season runs approximately May 1st to mid-September.
