Criteria: We need candidates to have a high level of English in order to be able to communicate with the customers

Experience preferred but not essential for these positions.

Hours Per Day: 8 hours per day.
Nationality of Staff Required: EU Candidates only (at this time as unfortunately due to work permit restrictions, other nationalities are not able to work).
Salary: 600-1500 Euro with tips (depend on experience and qualifications).
Start & Finish of Contract: Asap – November or longer for winter (Year-long contracts available)

Campground Host-Clearlake Oaks - Clearlake Oaks, CA

FISHERMAN and BIRDWATCHERS!  Campground host for our Campground on the shores of Clear Lake.  Suitable for couples or individuals.  We are a small campground located on a peninsula surrounded by Clear Lake.  There are 20 sites plus one group site. 

 Job duties include:  Daily monitoring of the campground and enforcement of rules, check in/checkout of campers and making reservations using ReserveAmerica software, daily cleaning and stocking of bathhouse, sale of firewood and ice.  Job benefits include:  Waterfront full hookup site for your RV or trailer, use of launch ramp and storage for 1 boat, plus stipend.  Applicants must have basic computer skills, good people skills, and pass a background check. Season is April to October.

Montana Fish, Wildlife and Parks is seeking applicants for Watercraft Inspectors statewide!  Several positions are available spread across many loactions. 

Camper space and hook ups are available for use at some locations. 

Assistant General Manager(s) - Cape May, NJ

Assistant General Manager- needed for large, family-oriented Camping Resort.  Looking for an experienced year-round manager (or management couple). Can provide campsite or temporary housing for the right candidate (couple).  Report directly to the owner.  Strong customer service skills a must.  Manage an existing team of 60+ experienced campground staff.  Must be familiar with all phases of campground management.  Extensive experience needed in managing a variety of departments including front desk, security, recreation & store.  Must be willing to relocate. 

Experience:Must have at least 4 years of hospitality campground/motel management.  Prior experience managing department budgets & following cash handling procedures.  Position will be required to hire, train and manage staff.  Must have a flexible schedule with the ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.  Must have a current driver’s license

Skills:Must have the ability to learn quickly, problem solve, & repair computer issues.  Organization, Strong people skills and the ability to prioritize & keep staff on task.

Computer:Microsoft Office including Word, Excel & Power Point.

Accounting:Basic Book keeping

Store:Cash Register management, inventory & purchasing. 

Responsibilities:Must be able to lead teams to solve problems, be self-motivated & quick minded.   The position requires you to be on your feet.  Must be able to freely bend, stoop & run between departments.  Help front desk in handling reservations and using Campground Manager Software.  Oversee operation of on-site general store.  Attract new customers & guests through excellent customer service.  Maximize the profitability of the Resort.

Maintenance Management-needed for large family oriented Camping Resort.  Looking for an experienced Outside Manager.  Must coordinate Maintenance & repair resort grounds, equipment & supplies.  Ensure a smooth interaction between maintenance & registration department.  Respond to inquiries & problem solve.  Oversee housekeeping, quality control & ordering of supplies.  Planning & Organization skills a must. Must have hands on knowledge & understanding of electric, plumbing, carpentry, computer experience needed for scheduling inventory ordering.  Must know Microsoft Word, and be able to research parts/equipment needs on the internet.

Must have 3 – 5 years’ experience handling/managing employees & conflict resolution.  Must excel in customer service & follow up.  Ability to prioritize work, planning & ordering weeks in advance & keep all staff working without interruptions.

Office and Maintenance Couple - Tyler, TX

IMMEDIATE OPENING WORKAMPERS: If you are interested in working, we need a 2 couples to work 2 days each (same days). Free FHU and premium wifi. This is NOT a paid position, FHU only with premium wifi. Office work is phone, reservations, check in, bathroom and laundry room cleaning. Outside is general grounds keeping and site maintenance. Mowing and edging is done by a contract worker.

Rv park named "We RV Champions"  50 ft x 125 ft sites, concrete patios, varied parking surfaces: grass, rock or asphalt, compacted dirt road. Each site has asphalt parking for 2 vehicles (3 if they are small). 2 pull throughs, 48 back ins all 50/30/20A. Club house, no swimming pool. Premium wifi good for video streaming is free.  

Office Manager and Facility Manager - Yuma, AZ

Office Manager and Facility Manager

We are a leaseholder owned 55+ RV Park, established under the auspices of the Escapees RV Club, and is located at 3750 E. Co. 17^th St. Yuma, Arizona.

The positions available are “hands on” managers who carry out the daily affairs of the park office and the upkeep and operation of the park facilities. Hours of work are normally 28 hours per week in the summer period (May - Sept) and 32 hours per week in the winter period (Oct - Apr). Compensation will include a full hookup RV site, propane, electricity, and a financial component.

The ideal candidates for these positions will be a work camping couple, members of the Escapees RV Club, full time RV'ers, dedicated to the RV lifestyle, bondable and desirous to make Kofa Ko-op and the Yuma area their long term destination. They will be available to assume the duties of these two positions on May 1, 2018 after a period of on the job training on site in April.
