IMMEDIATE OPENING: Great opportunity to live and work in the beautiful Arcadia Valley Region among the highest mountains in Missouri. We desire a couple for the General Manager position in Ironton, Missouri.

The ideal couple must have the desire for providing excellent guest hospitality. This position requires dedication and motivation to create a wonderful experience for our guests including assisting them with planning their visit to area tourism sites.

The ideal applicants will have outstanding people skills, have a servant’s heart, be self motivated, have sound judgment, and a basic working knowledge of computers. A maintenance position can also be included for a qualified couple. This position requires customer service, taking reservations, and renting guest rooms.

The friendly manager is the main person dealing with customers. There is a housekeeping staff that you direct and supervise and maintenance staff that is available to you for maintenance issues. We need someone who can live onsite. We are asking for a couple in the position. The position doesn’t actually require two people, but it just makes it easier when you have a couple in the position.
