Full-Time Year-Round Private Campground Host - Wisconsin Dells, WI

We are a member-owned 340 site private campground in the Wisconsin Dells area currently in need of an on-site year-round camp host. The position offers an hourly salary along with on-site camp host house and utilities.

The host will serve as the “face” of our property. You must be a “people person” with strong communication skills and the ability to problem-solve.

Responsibilities to include:

*Guest Interaction

-Serve as the “face and voice” of the campground

-Staff reception desk, monitor entrance gate, check-in of members and guests

-Act as a communications conduit between members, guests, the board of directors and the grounds staff

-Participation in scheduled camp activities

-Daily drive-through of the park to answer questions, accommodate members’ needs

*Lodge Supervision

               -Hiring, training, scheduling and reviewing of lodge reception desk staff

-Supervision of security cameras, pool and game room

-Schedule vendor maintenance work: gate, computers, phones, printers, etc.

               *Lodge Retail Sales

-Cashiering, register and petty cash maintenance for retail items sold in lodge

-Credit card processing

-Oversee daily reconciliation of petty cash and register

-Periodic inventory of lodge retail goods

*On-site emergency contact and security

               -Nightly security drive-through of camp

               -Point of emergency contact outside of office hours

Looking for a person or couple to live and work full time on our 10acre horse farm in Loxahatchee, Fla. Job includes all property maintenance and repairs, including equipment. Horse experience a plus.  Must be clean, neat and organized.

Managers/Workcamping Hosts - Darby, MT

A small resort located in Darby in the Bitterroot Valley of southwestern Montana is looking for workcampers to assist with office duties, lawn maintenance, and light building maintenance. We would like a dependable couple who are non-smokers, team players with people skills, and in good physical condition. This position is very flexible allowing the workcampers ample free time.

You will live onsite in your own RV. Full hookups (water, sewer, electric, cable TV and wifi) will be provided in exchange for the following: periodic office time answering phone calls, making reservations, and checking in guests and lawn maintenance. Workers will be provided a cordless phone/intercom allowing them to work conveniently in their RV or anywhere onsite as opposed to sitting in the office. Lawn maintenance includes occasional mowing and weed eating as necessary and monitoring the irrigation system. An additional salary will be paid to the workcampers when they occasionally take over management of the resort when owners are away for any extended period of time. Other work is available such as housekeeping services and building projects if interested. Preferred commitment is from mid-May/June through mid-October, 2018.

Manager Couple for 33 Unit Motel - Sequim, WA

We are seeking a hard working couple to manage a small motel in Sequim, Washington, gateway to the Olympic National Park on the beautiful Olympic Peninsula. The couple chosen will be expected to contribute to our commitment to high quality guest services. You must be able to comply with all motel policies and government regulations while meeting or exceeding financial goals. 

Responsibilities include:
• Oversee daily motel operation
• Maintain knowledge of room availability at all times for present and future dates
• Ensure the productivity and efficiency of all employees
• Control payroll costs while ensuring sufficient coverage at any given time
• Pro-actively utilize and generate reporting tools
• Identify, report, and schedule repairs
• Perform routine maintenance

Requirements: 
• Detail oriented self starters and motivators. 
• Prior experience in a motel environment 
• Excellent personal computer and communication skills. 
• Must be available 24 hours a day as needed.

Cabin Resort Caretaker (Couple) - Watersmeet, MI

We are a seven cabin lakeside resort located next to a wilderness and recreation area cherished for its pristine lakes and old growth forest. This is a great place to canoe, kayak, hike, fish, bike, photograph the outdoors, experience nature and serenity or to simply relax. Gas motors boats are not allowed at our resort or in the adjacent wilderness area.

Your main responsibilities will be guest relations, cleaning an preparing cabins in-between guests, routine maintenance and repairs, and grounds keeping.

Lodging is in a private lakeside cabin.

This is a seasonal job running from approximately May 15 to October 15.   We have another couple willing to split the season if you are not interested in the entire time period.
