Self Storage Resident Manager Couple - Eagle, ID

A locally owned Self-Storage Company in Idaho is seeking a Resident Manager couple, to oversee the day-to-day operations of a self-storage facility. Great opportunity to live and work together.
GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
- General office and clerical skills including telephone sales, record keeping, computer bookkeeping, rentals, vacates, transfers and other customer service needs.
- Sales and Collection Calls
- General maintenance and upkeep of the physical appearance of the property including sweeping, weed control, cleaning, minor door or building repairs
- Cleaning and general upkeep of the property apartment, office and restrooms.
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Previous experience in a customer service related industry
- Previous experience in self storage preferred
CERTIFICATES/LICENSES/REGISTRATIONS:
- Must possess a valid standard driver’s license, currently registered motor vehicle in reliable working order and insurance.
SKILLS:
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills – both written and verbal.
- Proficiency with Windows based personal computer applications.
- Ability to read and interpret instructions, documents such as rental agreements, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and policy manuals.
- Ability to apply common sense, good judgment and offer solutions in dealing with problems.
- Must be organized, efficient and professional at all times.
- Must be reliable, honest and trustworthy.
Required to live onsite. Pay starts at $2500/mo per couple.
Will work 35 to 40 hours each, 5 days/week (to be scheduled.)

Business Operation Role:
- -Manage and work in store and provide frendly guest service.

Daily Duties entail:
