A locally owned Self-Storage Company in Idaho is seeking a Resident Manager couple, to oversee the day-to-day operations of a self-storage facility. Great opportunity to live and work together.

Duties include general office, sales, computer bookkeeping, rentals, collections and light maintenance. Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age and have a High School Diploma. Must have a strong background in customer service, sales, marketing, strong communication skills and experience with Windows based personal computer applications. Previous experience in storage industry a plus.

Weekend shifts plus a valid driver`s license and reliable transportation required. Required to live onsite. Pay starts at $2500/mo per couple.

Will work 35 to 40 hours each, 5 days/week (to be scheduled.)

We need someone who is computer proficient, and understands basic programs such as Microsoft Office. Hours during the week are 9:30 am to 6:00 pm and 9:00 am to 5:00 pm on the weekends. Some weekend and holiday work hours are required. Due to the nature of this position, all property managers must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record.
