Camp Host - Lake of the Ozarks-Laurie, MO
WHY DO WE SHOW EXPIRED LISTINGS?
Looking for a couple that would like to camphost for thier rv site at a small 21 campground that is quiet and pretty laid back. Calls for at least 47 hrs a month and $10 hr. for over the 47 hrs. Jobs consist of cleaning restrooms (small), mowing and weed eating campground, maintaining grounds, checking in campers when they arrive and just helping owners out.
Owners are pretty laid back and don't require you to be there all time. Plenty of free time to kick back or enjoy the area. Would like you to start the early part of May and stay through September if possible. If not, at least start by Memorial weekend. Thanks for considering us.

Job Description:
Responsible for phone, internet and walk-in inquiry conversions - Renting Storage Units
Renting U-Haul trucks, trailers and tow dollies
Collecting Payments
Making Collection Calls
Maximizing Occupancy and Rents
Maximizing Revenue and Overseeing all aspects of the operation of the facility
Responsible for recommendations and implementation of local marketing initiatives
Marketing to local businesses and apartment managers
Responsible for customer service (rentals, payments, sales and customer issues)
Ability to be driven by performance goals
Responsible for maintaining customer files and auction statuses
Responsible for maintaining and improving facility appearance
Responsible for daily walkthrough of our facility
Responsible for daily bank runs/deposits
Light to heavy maintenance and clean-up work required
Responsible for cleaning units and interior buildings
Self-Storage management experience a plus

Total Compensation for the Facility Manager AND Maintenance Manager includes:
+ Housing provided for $500 rent/month ($250 per manager) with all utilities paid for
+ $3,640/month ($1,820 per manager), paid as hourly wages
+ SIGNIFICANT potential for commission if performance incentives are met

Job Qualifications:
Must be eligible to work in the United States
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Must have a High School Diploma/GED equivalent and at least two years of related experience (sales/customer service/leasing/rentals)

Must be profit driven
Proficient with computers: Word, Excel, Internet
Job requires constant movement and must be able to lift and move 35 lbs. regularly and occasionally up to 50 lbs.

Mission: Helping Families find hope and healing in Christ
The House Parent position is an exciting and rewarding position living in one of our two homes (Boys or Girls). The position is ideal for a married couple without children or children who have already moved out of the home. As house parents, your primary role would be ensuring the home; program, staff and residents, are running smoothly. This is a critical role as it ministers to the residents by providing a stable, Christ-centered and loving home environment. It is also invaluable as the house parents provide wisdom and encouragement to the other home staff.
Responsibilities Include:
--Plan and coordinate the daily schedule for the Home.
--Plan and prepare meals with a focus on well-balanced nutrition.
--Be available to the teens and staff for spiritual and emotional support, coordinating their input with the Counselors.
--Become familiar with each young persons personal history and temperament in order to relate in an effective way to each teen as an individual.
--Participate in the screening and interviewing of prospective residents and Home staff.
--Coordinate efforts and work closely with other staff outside of the Home including the School and other Ministry support personnel.
Preferred Profile and Experience:
--A calling to work with teens in conflict.
--A healthy balance of organization/planning gifts and spontaneity/flexibility.
--An outgoing personality that is energized by people.
--A servants heart and desire to nurture others and help people grow.
--Experience and/or education in youth ministry, counseling, leadership, discipleship is very helpful.

--Practical gifts and passions such as cooking, sports, arts and crafts, trade skills, and music are highly beneficial for teaching life-skills and building relationships.
Time Commitment:
--We request that our House Parents commit to serve for at least 4 years
Salary/Benefits:
--We do provide a Monthly Salary. While this is a paid position, we do encourage all of our staff to raise additional prayer and financial support. We believe prayer is essential for the ministry to be successful and we know that each dollar donated will help us to provide services to the hurting families we serve.(We never turn down a family because of financial difficulties)

Live and work in the heart of the beautiful Adirondack region for the summer. This posting is for the 2018 Late Spring/Summer Season - IMMEDIATE OPENINGS!! Family owned small boutique lakefront motels in the center of the Adirondack Park. We are seeking a work-camper couple for the 2018 Late Spring/Summer season. We are flexible on hours worked and days off but are looking for a conscientious, hard working, and motivated couple willing to spend 30+ days working with our team this summer. Our compensation package will include a FHU 30 AMP SITE, including water and sewer hookup, + free laundry room use, free WiFi, as well as limited usage of our canoes, kayaks, & small motorized fishing boat. We ask for a combined 15hrs work for FHU+, plus will compensate $$$ at competitive wage for additional hours worked.
We are seeking 1 couple to round out and compliment our DYNAMIC team!!! Ideally the couple should have a <30' foot travel trailer as our site is best accessed and most flexible for smaller rigs. Summer in the Adirondacks is known for it's warm summer days, cooler nights, low humidity, and abundance of natural wonders. We are located in the very center of the Adirondack park directly on a 14-mile lake, with tons of lakes, rivers, streams and mountains to explore in the local area. Located near the high-peaks wilderness area and <1hr from Lake Placid and Old Forge gives you a wealth of activities to explore in your free time. Or just borrow one of our boats and paddle, motor, fish and explore our lake which is a gem for the water enthusiast. We ask applicants like us to be flexible in a dynamic environment & not be afraid of hard work. Housekeeping will be a requirement for 1 or both of the couple, and typically the man will perform duties associated with handyman, grounds-keeping, beach, boat activities. Some cleaning responsibilities may be required for both individuals.
Compensation for hours worked is FHU 30 amp site plus $$$hourly wage$$$, for additional hours worked. This posting is ideally for part-time/15-20 hours per week/per person.
