SELF STORAGE RELIEF MANAGERS

Looking for a team of two persons who are honest, reliable and have excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

• Obtain new rentals over the phone, internet and at the counter.
• Provide excellent customer service, assist with all computer data entry and extraction.
• Show vacant spaces to prospective clients, complete rental agreements, collect rents, make collection calls, etc.
• Update reports of prospective client calls and inquiries as well as rentals.
• Keep office clean, neat and professional.
• Effectively communicate between all your team members, clients and supervisors and staff.
• At least one of the two persons applying will need to assist with cleaning out vacant units, help keep grounds clean, perform lock checks, do lock cuts when required and perform general maintenance.

Qualifications:

• Prior self storage experience is a plus but not required.
• General office and written and oral communications required.
• Ability to pay close attention to detail.
• Computer competency required, to enter and extract data, apply payments, update and send reports.
• Cash, Check and Credit Card reconciliation of daily payments and cash drawer.

Hiring Requirements:

Schedule:

• Sunday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm
• Monday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
• Fill in for Managers vacation periods, sick time and other periods as needed, flexibility is need on applicant’s part to fill in for the Managers other off periods.
• Starting wage is $13.00 an hour each, sick pay included.

Seeking a permanent live-in innkeeper(s) for a quiet 5 room upscale inn located just outside of Seattle (in the city of Redmond, near Microsoft’s headquarters), with a good mix of business, local, and tourist guests. Housing in a detached second floor studio and utilities included.

Responsibilities include on-site concierge services, breakfast service, and housekeeping duties. Maintenance and groundskeeping is handled by others, as is marketing, reservations management, etc. Must be capable with mobile devices (we manage the inn using a combination of mobile apps to access calendars and other paperless processes). Suitable for a friendly individual or couple, competitive salary.

Innkeeper(s) Needed for Small Hotel - Portland, IN

The hotel is a 24 room hotel with a 2 bed general manager's quarters. Laundry facility on site. 

The job will entail managing the day to day booking of rooms, managing hotel's websites for bookings and advertising, managing the cleaning crews daily, ensuring that the mowing crew and landscaping is on time and being done in summer, coordinating snow removal in winter, ensuring supplies are kept up and sufficient, running the books, Payroll, hiring or firing of hourly employees, keeping the hotel growing and improving. Coordinating maintenance and repairs with local handy men and tradesmen. 

This position comes with a 2 bedroom living quarter that will be included in the position free of charge, in addition to a salary of $38,500 per year.
