MAINTENANCE MANAGER-

The Maintenance Manager's physical condition must be sufficient for the consistent and successful completion of the specific responsibilities defined for this position. The employee may be required to lift and/ or move up to 50 pounds and operate power tools.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS -- EXPERIENCED MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
Charged with preparing vacant apartments for new residents and performing routine and emergency maintenance of all kinds, The Maintenance Manager must have a working knowledge of all aspects of maintenance, repair and service. The right candidate will possess the ability to troubleshoot problems and take appropriate action in addition to having experience in the following skill sets:

• Basic carpentry skills
• Hanging modular cabinets
• Trim work
• Light plumbing 
• Light electrical
• Tiling
• Sheet-rocking
• Provide & maintain own tools
• Valid NJ driver's license 
• Appliance repair
• Experience in painting
