Our company is seeking an experienced, top-notched office property management team to oversee our 150+ space RV park located in Gilroy, CA. This couple will divide duties: one person will manage the office, while the other manages the grounds and maintenance. This opportunity includes great pay, a free rent for the manager's park model (utilities not included, and bonuses for meeting financial objectives and park aesthetic standards).
Pay: $60,000/year for the couple + on-site housing + BONUS!

Office
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the RV and campground community, including community relations and staff supervision
• Collect rent and manage eviction process as necessary
• Advertise and fill vacancies and rentals to ensure 100% park occupancy
• Complete monthly reporting, including utility calculations
• Ensure up-to-date digital tenant files
• Enforce community rules and regulations, including reminding tenants and giving out notices
• Maintain wonderful community atmosphere by promoting positive resident relations
Maintenance
• Manage park appearances by up-keeping common areas, restrooms and recreational areas, and keeping them free of trash/debris
• Maintain all community landscaping: mowing, weeding, planting, leaf removal, etc.
• Conduct monthly utility meter readings
• Provide outstanding customer service to community members and vendors
• Cover all community maintenance, including (but not limited to): light remodeling, painting, carpet, appliance repair, door installation, bathroom fixtures, light interior plumbing
• Inspect property grounds and maintain property equipment daily
• Ensure curb appeal is maintained to the highest degree at all times

Office
• 2+ years property management experience
• Previous RV or mobile home park experience desired
• Ability to effectively communicate with residents, vendors, employees and supervisors
• EXTREMELY comfortable with computers and computer programs, including e-mail, Microsoft Office, scanning, printing, PDFs
• Ability to read and write effectively
• Self-starter needing little day-to-day supervision
Maintenance
• 2+ years property management experience in maintenance
• Must have excellent time-management and organizational skills
• Ability to work with and manage all types of individuals
• Must multi-task and be able to properly prioritize tasks
• Previous experience in light remodeling, electric & plumbing
• Attention to detail and high standards in regards to community aesthetics
• Self-starter needing little day-to-day supervision

RV Weighing Specialists - USA
WHY DO WE SHOW EXPIRED LISTINGS?
We are looking for a traveling RV weighing team beginning in 2019. If you are an RVing couple, who enjoys working together, who values safety, and who seeks to supplement income as you travel, consider joining us. This job best fits couples who RV full-time, have a somewhat flexible travel schedule, and would like to make some extra income as they travel. Once the minimum weigh requirements are met, how much you work is up to you. The job is not intended to be a full time job.
Qualifications (you must):
· Have experience RVing.
· Both be physically able to lift and maneuver 37 lb. scales while weighing. (Note: those scales seem to get heavier at about 10 am on weigh day.)
· Have a way to transport 4 scales and maintain their safety and security.
· Be willing to commit to a schedule of rallies each year. With input and coordination from headquarters, each team will have flexibility determining which rallies they attend. However, certain rallies each year are priorities for the Foundation. So schedules are set around some of these important rallies. Also, some time in Goshen, Indiana is often needed - especially for training. Some important rallies take place annually in Goshen from June-October. Weighing can also be done in the winter months if located in popular RV winter locations, such as Florida, Texas, Arizona, Southern California, etc. The intent is to schedule teams along their travel route in order to keep personal travel expenses low. And for teams to be somewhat flexible to a travel route to include important rally locations.
· Have a Windows OS computer, a printer/scanner, and internet access.
· Periodically take scales to a facility to be checked.
Job Description
Scales, signage, and a few other supplies will be provided by the foundation.
The work includes, but is not limited to, the following: travel to various RV rallies, secure a weigh site, work with rally coordinators, present the RVSEF Weight and Tire Seminar, manage a booth during rally vendor hours so participants can ask questions and schedule appointments, prepare customer RV information for customer weigh reports, weigh participant RVs as they depart the rally, provide a weigh report, provide a brief review of their results, and send final reports to headquarters in a timely manner.
A typical rally includes 3-4 days in a booth making weighing appointments for departure day. The morning of the departure day RVs are weighed, usually from about sunrise to noon.
Teams need to shoot for a minimum of 250-300 RVs weighed annually. More is certainly better.
Compensation is based on the number of RVs that are weighed.
This is an independent contractor position; teams are responsible for their own fees and expenses.

The foundation will provide on the job training at a few rallies. And phone support as long as you work with us.
Maintenance Couple - Malibu, CA

This family are seeking a superb live-in couple who will provide domestic/handy service full time, Monday-Friday. Semi-formal home however, couple want uniforms worn, and formal table setting service.
Care of a 40k sf home with additional outbuildings
Duties to include (but not limited to):
Formal table service – setting, serving, clearing
Providing breakfast meals (cooking). Couple do not need to be culinary graduates, but should be proficient with cooking easy breakfast meals or lunches.
Housekeeping – interior/exterior. There is a housekeeper once per week, the couple would also clean the home, and continue weekly maintenance and upkeep. Support landscapers and keep exterior areas organized and debris free.
All handyman needs, if work is out of the scope of handyman, then calling vendors to bid and do job.
Excellent management of outside vendors and housekeepers/landscapers/poolman. Maintain and establish good relationships with vendors always keeping the principals in mind when dealing with vendors and representing them well.
Tech savvy with Crestron system and other systems, devices. Able to troubleshoot tech issues.
Be extra consciousness, perceptive and personable. Great attention to service and detail. Clients appreciate a quiet, serene atmosphere when on property and would prefer little chit-chat exchanges with them unless necessary. They are friendly but this is their sanctuary space (2nd home).
Exceptional couple for this position, caliber of the couple should be “yacht” comparable but in the home. Former yacht crew encouraged to submit resumes.
Small studio apartment with floor to ceiling windows of the ocean, provided for couple. There is a car/vehicle for use. Access to the main house kitchen when clients are not on property is allowed. Vacation when family are out of town required, otherwise the expectation is that couple work all days when family are there. They will not expect a 24/7 schedule but if 7 days occur (due to holiday or special circumstances), they will have coverage provided so that couple can take days off.
Personalities which would work best for this estate: in-between quiet and chatty, but leaning towards quiet. Pleasant with fantastic energy as the family respond to positive/upbeat personalities. Polite but not too familiar, but always discerning to the client’s needs. VERY SERVICE ORIENTED. Sharp like yacht staff by anticipating needs and listening. Flexible, caring, cook well.

Maui Preparatory Academy is a PK-12 day and boarding school located on the picturesque west coast of Maui, Hawaii. Celebrating its 14th year, the school, under new leadership, is undergoing some exciting transformational changes. Soon we will break ground for a new Sports and Performing Arts Center. Recently we opened a Design Center for Creativity, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship.
Our boarding program started 5 years ago. In May 2019 we will move into a renovated house located about 10 minutes from campus and within walking distance to beaches and shopping.
It is time for the school to attract and retain an experienced Boarding House couple (House Parents) with house parenting experience. In the new house, the couple will enjoy a separate living space with bedroom, living room, bathroom, and kitchen. The couple will assist us to re-energize the boarding program. We are looking for experience, flexibility, creativity, expertise, and a 100% understanding and appreciation for what it means to be a Boarding House Parent.
Currently and through May 2019, the boarders live in an apartment building called Hale Male which is situated on the beach. That property has been sold and, as mentioned, we will move into our own facility. The House Parents will be part of the renovation process.
Due to the sudden departure of our current Boarding Supervisor, our need is immediate - January 5, 2019. Of course, if we find a successful couple, we can postpone the starting date. We are also willing to find an interim person from January - June, if qualified candidates are not available until the 2019/2020 school year.
