WHY DO WE SHOW EXPIRED LISTINGS?
We have a vacation rental home buisness on a spring fed lake in East Texas. We had some great working campers that were with us for over 3 years. Sadly health became an issue and they needed to move closer to their doctors.

We have a great staff that takes care of most things. We need someone to help keep utensils in the right homes, do pre-checks and post checks of homes, organize the cleaning barn to be sure we have adequate supplies. A person that can help wutg sprinkler settings, seal signs and help maintain equipment, maybe even using the zero turn on occasion. We have no stict rules and aren't working off a time clock. The work load can be heavier at times than others but it likely averages 15 hours each week per person. We treat people with respect and like a harmonious work relationship, we ask the same in return. We are hoping for longer term and prefer no pets but will consider well behaved dogs.
You are not tied with a ball and chain and you will have the ability to travel if you wish. We also travel and need a good set of ears and eyes at the properties while we're gone. In addition we have a neighbor that's well versed in the operations to help out in times of need. We have a cleaning stafff and two full time yard, maintenance men and a list of reliable vendors.
We are in a hilly area with lots of stairs so keep that in mind. The hills can be tough on us older folks!
In all honesty, it can be a very nice lifestyle. Our last campers truly hated to leace, but they still come back for visits!! You can use kayaks, fish, swim and enjoy life.
The space comes with internet, cable, porch with fan, lighting and gas grill, smoker, sewer and washing facility and propane. You have access to docks, boats and we have storage space available if needed. The cover has held a 40' fifth wheel as well as a 44' motor home. both with slides.
