We are looking for a young, dynamic and organized couple with good problem-solving abilities, to second us in the management of our successful fishing lodge on the Pacific coast of Panama. Nice workplace and great lifestyle. This is not a seasonal job, we look for a couple with a will to relocate for a few years at least. Position may evolve into a proper management position. Position 1 concern the management of the lodge and kitchen: coordination with the chef and waitress, supplies, making sure everything is running smooth. the job involves quite a bit of help in the kitchen. Some experience in hospitality or catering would be a +.

Position 2 is harder to define. Task are various but involve: embarkment of the clients on the fishing boats, boat and lodge maintenance and repairs, some administrative work, online promotion, stock management, fishing tackle maintenance, guest relation, and more. Innkeepers(s) Needed - Indianapolis, IN

Our Inn(s) located in the Historic Old northside in downtown Indianapolis is currently seeking an Innkeeper(s). This position is well suited for individuals as well as qualified couples. Great for graduate students or retired couples!

First and foremost the innkeeper(s) is to provide a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere/experience for guests. Additional duties include check-in/out, concierge service, preparing/serving breakfast daily, collecting payments, grounds keeping, laundry, shopping and light maintenance for our 7-10 room boutique inn(s). Successful candidate(s) must be out-going and enjoy meeting people from all over the country and world. The ability to stay customer focused while maintaining a smoothly running inn is a must.

In exchange for the above responsibilities, the innkeeper is compensated with free housing, utilities, and a $1200/month salary. Reservations, housekeeping, billing and maintenance are supported by additional staff with innkeepers covering limited reservation taking hours weekly (3-4 shifts).

Summer is VERY busy. We are looking for someone who is willing to work or cover the inn 7 days/nights a week (yes you do get some time off but need to cover during our busy season) Regular weekly time-off hours are covered by on-site managers and support staff.

Innkeepers Needed - Victoria

We are looking to contract a live in Lodge Manager and Cleaner for the 2019 winter / snow season. This live in role can be filled by an individual or by a couple.

This single position has two roles for the person or couple to fill, that of the Lodge Manager and that of the Cleaner as described below

We are also advertising on behalf of Cascade Apartments #2, #7 & #9, Tanjil, Skali and Everest Lodge for a cleaner and so whoever is selected will be offering similar cleaning work to Edski Lodge during the season however there will be a separate agreements between the contractor (you) and the other properties for their cleaning work.

The first part as a contractor to us is to be our Lodge Manager.

The person or couple contracted will be Edski's lodge manager in return for free board (only the lodge managers apartment - 1 double bed, 2 bedside tables with drawers, bathroom with shower and toilet. They will have their own refrigerator with a small freezer section).

The role of the lodge manager includes but not limited to:

Being present for guest checkin at a set time

A quick clean of rooms after guests checkout

Assist and liaise between the bookings officer any problems as well as managing day to day general operations

Managing the wood fire in the lodge.

For performing this role, the lodge manager will receive a complimentary gate entry and lift season pass, have access to the same free WiFi as guests (limited download per day, more download can be discussed with the Bookings Officer) and the lodge manger will have the option of taking each Saturday as free time in addition to the normal free time they will have between fulfilling their roles.

The second part as a contractor to us is to clean for us and those properties we advertise on behalf of.

The Contractor will be Edski Lodge's Cleaner and will be paid $25 per hour with a limit of 6 hours per week for cleaning. Cleaning will include:

Cleaning bathrooms and toilets

Restocking supplies through the lodge

Vacuuming, Mopping and sweeping areas

Cleaning the main Kitchen and emptying the refridgerator as required.

Using a washing machine to wash linen

General clean of the rest of the lodge if required.

You will also contract to Everest Lodge, Cascade Apartment 2 & 9, Skali Lodge and Tanjil Lodge. These properties pay $25 per hour and offer 21-25 combined hours of Cleaning per week varying from general quick tidy up's, assisting their managers with cleans or focused cleans of kitchens and bathrooms.

Past experience has shown that with Edski's and other properties Cleaning workload, and Lodge Manager commitments, there are several hours free during the day for enjoying the resort or engaging with other businesses on the mountain for extra work / cleaning if you should wish.

The Lodge Manager and Cleaner will be commissioned to start 14/06/2019

Edski offers this work between the Queens Birthday in June and the end of September. This work is not guaranteed and can be cancelled at any time dependent on snow falls and guest bookings. Generally there is work from the start of July to the end of August.

Edski, Cascade apartments, Tanjil and Everest Lodge's check in and check out times differ and so cleaning duties at either accommodation provider will not conflict. If the Lodge Cleaner contracts their services to other parties then it is their responsibility that their cleaning duties at Edski are not affected.

Work Camping Couple @ Iconic Campground - Branson, MO

Beautiful 40 site campground with a stunning view of the iconic 76 Hwy (Branson Strip). The night lights are someting spectatular to experience at the Branson View Campground. We are looking for 2 new work camping couples with experience in maintenance, customer service, and water treatment capabilities.

Duties for the male will include: lawn work, water sampling, basic pool maintenance, basic maintenance on park infrastructure, basic maintenance on UTV's, and a good eye for work needing to be done.

Duties for female include: answering phone calls and emails, cleaning office and bathrooms, and directing and assigning campers sites. Campground Manager is the software we use at the Branson View Campground.

Each Couple is expected to work 32 hours (16 hours each)/week. Couples will work on the same two days each week with each other. In return, couples will be given rent free stay, free laundry, electric, water, sewage, cable, and wifi. Along with this, each couple will be given a paystub that gets you into 98% of the shows for free, and a major discount to all shows that aren't free.

Looking to have working couples in as soon as possible. By Mid-April if at all possible.

RV Resort Caretakers - Bass Lake California , CA

Resort in Beautiful Bass Lake California is seeking a friendly, hard-working RV-ing couple to live on site year-round as caretakers. We are located in the Sierra National Forest near the southern entrance to Yosemite National Park. Applicants must have an approved RV/Travel Trailer or Tiny House to live in. Full hook-ups are provided at no charge. Wifi is included, satellite services are available but not provided.

Duties include watching over the property and cabin rentals, general grounds clean up, and seasonal showerhouse cleaning (wages paid hourly). Additional jobs/responsibilities are available during the Summer season if interested.
