Motel Manager(s) - 48 Rooms - Millbury, OH

FULL-TIME ON-SITE PROPERTY MANAGER (COUPLES WELCOME) needed to operate a 48 room motel in Millbury, Ohio.  Motel has a large 3 bedroom managers apartment above the office.

Candidate we hire will have:

• 2+ years management experience in Hotel/Motel Management
• Customer service oriented
• Computer proficiency, including Windows, Word, Excel, and Gmail
• Experience with Quickbooks (not required)
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Possession of a valid driver's license
• Successful passing of background check

Duties include:

• Checking in/out guests
• Maintain, clean and repair premises, rooms, and common areas
• Record ad keep required maintenance records
• Routine laundry services
