Requirements: -Computer proficiency,. -Collecting processing rent. -Enforcing park rules -Overseeing park and maintenance. -Processing new tenants. -Assisting owner in identifying prospects.  -Maintain and keep clean all grounds. -Enforce park standards. l. -Some plumbing, electrical experience. -Handling occasional pay or quit/evictions.  Job is  part time 5 days a week 10-3 office hours. Compensation: Space rental, Large home, $1200/ mo salary, some utilities.

General Assistant Couple required for busy island tourist cafe and bed and breakfast. - West coast Scottish island

Hello we are looking for a couple or 2 friends to help us with running our B&B and cafe bar in the inner Hebrides . The duties involved will be serving breakfast, checking guests into rooms, housekeeping and laundry. Other duties will be KP cleaning in cafe, helping with deliveries and stores. Bar or cafe counter assistant.

Accommodation is provided with this job either on-site in the B&B or in a staff cottage close by. Own bedroom but sharing kitchen facilities.

Wages are above National Minimum wage and accommodation is free with the job. Enthusiasm, energy and good work ethic are required for this position, previous experience with hostel or hotel work would be an advantage. Seasonal placements will start mid April.

Maintenance And Office Help: Work Camping Couples Only - Golden, CO

OFFICE/MAINTENANCE HELP.  Compensation: FHU and salary. We are in Golden, CO (6 000 ft elevation) and seeking couples for Office and Maintenance.

This is a 32 to 40 hour a week job with your first 10 hours per person/week each going towards your site and all other hours paid at $11.10 an hour. You will receive a full hookup site including electricity, WiFi and discounted propane. Experience with Campground Master preferred for office/reservationist position. Maintenance position must have some knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, small engines.  Positions beginning May 2019 summer season until October 2019.  Couples ONLY positions.
