Summer Caretaker wanted for historic working Cattle Ranch. Located in the heart of scenic northern Arizona, between Winslow & Flagstaff, very near the National Landmark, "Meteor Crater". Elevation 5,456'. Part-time for a couple; full time for single. Salary, housing, or RV hook-up, utilities, home-raised beef, Direct TV, and internet supplied. Need no later than June 1st through October 31st. Duties include: handyman maintenance, gardening, irrigation maintenance/yardwork, security, repairs on corrals & outbuildings, light housekeeping, watering of house plants. On occasion may be asked to feed horses and do other miscellaneous ranch tasks.  Must withstand a background check.

We are looking for a nice, friendly, clean, and handy couple to live in our 24 unit building in Norheast Detroit and take care of the management, repairs, maintenance, cleaning ,etc.  You must be able to present yourself and speak in person and on the phone in a professional business-like manner, handle paperwork, ect.  You must be able to get along with people respectfully.  You must be able to see what has to be done and do it.  You have to be able to work on your own without supervision.  Procrastination does not work here.

For the hands on part we furnish all the material. We require the managers to have their own tools.  We hire out the lawn cutting, carpet cleaning, installation of new carpet, and snow removal when more than 2 1/2” of snow.  You will be responsible for anything under 2 1/2".

"Some of the skills required would be working with paint, plaster and drywall, plumbing and electrical issues, cleaning, doors and locks, windows and screens, trimming shrubs, carpentry ect.  You must be able to be available when necessary.  When you take the entire year into consideration this is not a full time job.

What we offer is a supplement to a couple’s income.  Unfortunately it is only 24 units and not 124.  We can not supply an apartment and a wage that someone can live on.  The compensation is a free one bedroom apartment and $200.00 per month.  You must have other income. It is OK for one to have outside employment.  If what we offer fits your situation please send a resume if available and call me.
