Wanted- Hunting Lodge Manager Couple - Douglas, AZ

Southeastern Arizona Ranch is seeking a married couple team to fill a Hunting Lodge Manager and Ranch Maintenance position located on the El Coronado Ranch in Douglas, Az. The El Coronado Ranch is a reputable quail and deer hunting destination that offers guests an all-inclusive stay at one of the most historic bird hunting lodges of it’s kind.

The primary duties of this role include maintaining the lodge grounds, lodge cleaning and upkeep, meal preparation, and assisting with the arrival/departure of lodge guests.

Note: All bookings, marketing and guiding are handled by a third party.

Tasks

Property:
- Assist with the arrival/departure of lodge quests
- Lawn/garden upkeep
- Noxious weed management
- Maintenance of all ranch roads, fences and structures
- Schedule and monitor any work performed by outside vendors
- Collect, review and approve all ranch-related invoices and income
- Maintain a working knowledge of all maintenance programs and capital improvement projects to ensure the proper and efficient operation of systems, preventative maintenance programs
- Replace and maintain a current inventory of supplies and parts needed for maintenance duties

Lodge:
- Assist with the arrival/departure of lodge quests
- Manage kitchen stocks
- Preparation of all food/meals for lodge guests
- Regular lodge & cabin cleaning (in & off-season)

Our Campground Is Looking For A Work Camping Couple or couples In South Dakota

We are a 75 site one cabin Good Sam park. We are looking for a couple or couples to work 24 hrs a week per couple, one in office taking reservations and ringing up store sales and one showing RVs to their space and cleaning showers and restrooms do some mowing and weed eating for free full hookup site, free wifi, laundry and propane. 10% off in campground store, No guarantee of extra hours but would be paid at $10 per hr for any extra hours. 

We are in the northeast corner of South Dakota on I-29 at Summit, a small farm town 30 miles north of Watertown and Walmart and many shopping opportunities. We are in the glacial lakes region, so very many lakes with great walleye and northern pike fishing within close driving for your days off. We have weekly music jams and a lot of fun. 

Seasonal Support Staff for Historic Mountain Inn - Spruce Pine, NC

Blue Ridge Mountains retreat in North Carolina seeks seasonal support staff. The season is typically May to November, but staff needs could extend based on off-season group bookings.  Although not a requirement, we are hoping to find the perfect couple that would like to spend more than a few seasons with us! 

This hospitality-minded couple will assist the head inn-keeping couple with day-to-day requirements of operating an 18-room inn with an onsite bar, restaurant and gift shop.   

Duties will include, but are not limited to morning breakfast service, room cleaning, laundry, check in/check out assistance, answering phones, welcoming guests, minor maintenance, minor landscaping, etc.  

Evening bar and restaurant operations are currently being outsourced to an outside operator and are not requirements of this position.  

In short, we are looking for a couple that can roll up their sleeves with us and “get it done,” while still being part of a fun loving, “hospitality first” driven team.  

On-site accommodations will be provided.  Compensation will include a weekly salary, tips from breakfast service, and an end-of-year performance based bonus. 

The property is located around the corner from the entrance to the Blue Ridge Parkway, 40 minutes from Asheville, N.C., and popular with repeat visitors.
