FEATURED JOB OPENING: Motel Manager / Operations Lead for a Motel in Ventura, CA, 2 miles from the beach

Amazing opportunity in Ventura, CA! 

We are seeking an experienced onsite motel manager (couple preferred - FULL TIME) to manage the daily operations of our motel located 2 miles from the beach. You will be responsbile for leading a team and managing the vast majority of motel operations, including housekeeping, maintainance, improving the buisness, maintaining relationhsips with our community partners as well as running a profitable business and taking it to the next level. The ideal candidate must have prior experience managing a relevant business and have excellent verbal and communication skills. 

A fully furnished managers unit is part of the compensation and provided for the candidate on site.

Requirements:

Proven experience with a relevant role 

Able to manage a team effectively and have excellent communication and verbal skills 

Strong computer literacy and customer service skills (Reviews/reputation are a huge part of our business!!)

Must be able to multi-task and problem solve on a daily basis. Being organized is the key to success in this role 

Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus 

Understanding of all motel management best practices and relevant laws and guidelines (especially city laws)
