Management - John Day, OR

We are a small 14 unit motel located in John Day Oregon.
We are small but top rated on booking, Google cleanest, most affordable in town.
Very busy May - Oct then very slow Nov - March.

We have grocery store's, post office, banks, gas stations, Restaurants, Bars, etc.

Requirements:
- Pass a Background check
- Customer Service Skills.
- Like to interact with people and be Friendly
- Computer skills (Emails, Calendar, some documents)
- Honest, Hard Worker, Self-Starter.
- Experience in the Lodging Industry such as Front Desk, Office work, Housekeeping, etc.

Job Duties:

- Live Onsite and perform all Motel Operations including but not limited to:
- Front Desk.
- Housekeeping and Laundry.
- One person must have knowledge of basic maintenance skills to maintain property.
- Maintain Parking Lots and lawn, flower bed etc.
- Take Reservations by Phone/In Person.
- Greet Customers, Check guests In/Out of Rooms, Issue Keys, take payments
- Complete Daily balancing and accounting of Till and Reports.
- Other Duties as Assigned.
* Looking for a long term commitment.
*Experience preferred but will train right couple.
