We Need Work Camper Couple Now - Mabank, TX

Work Camper Couple wanted at a beautiful new resort in Mabank,Texas.
For 30-hours per week of work, you will receive a full-hook-up RV site, with electricity and basic Wi-Fi monthly. (some positions may include monetary compensation).
Our resort amenities include: Welcome Center store - Pool, w/ cabana, Pavillion w/ gas grilles, food prep center w/ sink, two bathrooms, Group seating - Pickle ball - Corn hole - Horseshoes - Pond - Play ground (small) - Dog park - Dog wash - Propane - Showers - Laudry - Walking trail (lit) - Solar Lighting - Coffee bar - Picnic tables, Fire pits (all sites) Community Fire pit w/ seating area.
Positions are available on a seasonal or year-round basis. We staff positions in our maintenance department, front office operation, housekeeping, grounds keeping, and other areas using part-time Work Campers. Excellent customer service and even tempermant required. Everyone cleans rooms/grounds/landscapes here alongside some housekeeping help so must have absolute mad cleaning skills. No food service at hotels (exception One food truck.) Front desk uses Resnexus systems. Experience with bookings/phone reservations through an online system a must plus Booking.com/Expedia, AirBB and VRBO also. Strong marketing/on line marketing and social media experience a plus. Expected to start out part time, then grow into full time potential TBD. No healthcare provided so must have own coverage. Salary Package and Benefits:
At Hawthorn Senior Living we have a very attractive salary package for our Assistant Manager teams. The salary package is broken down into the following categories:
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary starting at $60,000 to $70,000 per year to start (depending on the cost of living in the area where are placed) for our Assistant Management Team. However, each person will be paid their own individually portion of the aforementioned salary.
Accommodation:
As this is a live-in position, the accommodation provided is a one bedroom, one-bathroom apartment with washer and dryer in the unit. In addition to the apartment benefit, the Assistant Managers are also provided with all utilities paid including basic cable, unlimited parking, and as well as all meals included. In addition, we offer relocation assistance and encourage all applicants who are open to relocation, to apply.

Schedule:

This position is designed as a training and development role and the hope is that our Assistant Management Teams will aspire to become Managers of their own Gracious Community within a short training period.

· Be able to work as part of a team with the Managers and the Executive Chef to provide a great living environment for our residents and a safe and motivating work atmosphere for our staff.
· Support the Managers in the day-to-day operations of the Community.
· Willingness and ability to live on-site in an assigned apartment.
· Prior management experience including operational and financial experience in managing employees, customer service, purchasing, payroll and accounts payable/receivable.
· Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, with residents and staff.
· Ability to keep all business, operational, and resident information confidential.
