WHY DO WE SHOW EXPIRED LISTINGS?

Are you interested in managing a Christmas tree lot in sunny South Florida this winter? Hayes Farms Christmas Trees is expanding and seeking managers for the upcoming season.

The role runs from mid-November to no later than December 22. Managers will oversee the day to day operations of the tree lot for the duration of the season.

We require couples/duos with management experience, a strong work ethic and great customer service skills. The self-motivated and resourceful type do best in this job. This is a 7-day-a-week position with physical requirements.

The job offers a base salary plus multiple bonus incentives. Earning potentials $10-$15K. On site living hookups are provided for your self-contained rig, along with twice weekly pump-out services.

We are committed to creating long-term relationships by offering return bonuses that increase each year. A drug screening and background checks are required. Sales and operational training will be provided to first year managers at time of arrival. Company uniforms are provided.

Our portfolio includes 100 units that we rent weekly to vacationers in the summer and to University of Rhode Island students in the winter.

**Responsibilities:**
- Oversee and coordinate all maintenance tasks across all properties.
- Manage routine upkeep including landscaping, repairs, and renovations.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests promptly.
- Supervise cleaning and preparation of units between occupancies.
- Liaise with contractors and service providers.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.

**Requirements:**
- Previous experience in maintenance or property management preferred.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to handle physical demands of the job.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Availability to handle emergency situations outside normal business hours.

A critical role for each property is the job of Community Manager and Maintenance. We are currently have an opportunity in Fallon, Nevada. 

Applicants should be self-motivated, show initiative, reliable, responsible, communicate well and be able to multi-task. Applicants that have experience in property management, maintenance or mobile home park operations is ideal. Having knowledge of basic office computer platforms and software is mandatory. Bi-linguial (English and Spanish) communicators is a plus but not required. The job of a Community Manager is an important one as you are the promary person in charge of resident accounts and concerns. 

Daily Duties of the job include but are not limited to: 

Enforcing park rules and regulations 

Answering phones 

Executing signings of rental agreements

Working w/Rent Manager management software

Collecting and depositing rent payments 

Moving in and out residents 

Basic accounting and balancing 

Servicing the residents of the community as your customers

Working with and communicating with the Regional Manager for effective community management 

Working using Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, Management Software, email, scanners, fax and basic office tools. 

Misc. office administrative work, etc. 

Requirements:

Must have reliable registered transportation 

Must have valid Drivers License

Must be able to pass background and drug screening
