Our RV Resort is near beautiful Murphy, NC surrounded by the blue ridge mountains, has an opening for housekeeper/office beginning July 10, 2019. Housekeeping is responsible for Clubhouse/Poolhouse bathrooms, pet wash station, and laundry room cleanliness. Office is responsible for greeting customers, taking reservations, ect. One person out of the couple will work 24 hours a week for your site, you pay your electric. Also, enjoy free wifi, cable, salt-water pool, luandry facilities, and pet wash station.

The property: We have a very private beachfront (sand, shells, pre-historic sharks teeth) property of approximately 12 acres that we are constantly evolving towards a multi-family nature/adventure retreat. The property is wooded and has a diverse topography ideal for nature integrated structures (decks on hill sides, tree houses, curved walking paths, outdoor games, etc). We currently host families visiting the Williamsburg, Jamestown, Yorktown historical areas and our busy season is summer. We have weekend bookings in fall and spring. We have several outdoor projects that are ideal for off season work (fall-spring). These projects require carpentry skills (deck construction, fencing) and other exterior landscape type abilities (small dry-stack retaining walls, gravel paths).
The accommodations: We have an area away from the house that is ideal for an RV. It is flat and graveled and can also accommodate your personal vehicle. Water and power will be provided but we currently do not have a septic system for an RV (possibly a project we can consider adding). WiFi is not provided as the un-plug is part of our message/mission, however, there is cell service. There is a full size washer and dryer in the house and you are welcome to use this weekly when the house is vacant. Additionally, you are welcome to enjoy the grounds and the beach and make use of the kayaks, SUPs and canoe during vacancies (during the week in fall and spring and all week in winter). Also, there is an abundance of attractions and historical sites and culture to be experienced while your here.
The ideal fit: I think a couple would be the best fit as we do not reside at the property and for safety reasons it would be good to not work alone. Most of the time you will have the property all to yourself. The topography is steep in some areas (the house is 70’ above the river) and therefore the couple should be fit and able to enjoy the outdoor work with little risk of injury. Vehicular access to most areas of the property is limited so materials must be carried by hand to some projects.

We are an 18 hole championship golf club located in Hulett, WY, just 10 miles from our nation’s first national monument. We are known for our scenic views, awesome changes in elevations, lush fairways, and smooth greens. The course is spread over 150 acres and is a par 72 course. We offer skeet shooting, lodging, fishing, hunting, and a full-service restaurant.
We have a brand new clubhouse and restaurant that was built around a historic 1800’s bar that was purchased by our owner, Mr. James Neiman. Therefore, the overall atmosphere has rustic and western feel.

THE POSITION
We are looking for honest, warm, and dependable couples/singles to work in our new restaurant. We need servers, cooks, and bartenders. We can be flexible with hours and the rate is $8.50/hour plus tips. Since we are a private high end golf club, it is essential to have good customer service skills.

Resident Property Management/Caretakers for a Family Resort - Copalis Beach, WA

We are located in the Pacific Northwest; we have 21 condominiums near a private beach access with modern conveniences found in nearby Ocean Shores, Washington.
We are seeking a long-term professional Caretaker for our property (couples preferred).
Candidates must live within 30 min drive of home or live on site. The property consists of 10 acres with 21 condos and other facilities. The expectations for quality service and efficiency are high. Must be experienced working in and around being able to demonstrate skill and depth in all aspects of managing a large property. We would like someone who is very professional, local, and highly trustworthy. Duties are overall maintenance and care of the property including front desk booking and customer service. This includes overseeing others as well as ‘hands-on” execution. We will provide housing in exchange for work. (negotiable salary/commission)
Resident Property Management for a family resort. The positions require a self-motivated full-time two-person team, with good problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach incorporated with great customer service capabilities.
Job Responsibilities:
Administrative skill set: Basic computer skills are necessary for use with Microsoft Word and onsite management software. Must have a professional appearance and the ability to interact calmly and professionally with our guests. Duties include Front desk, maintaining occupancy levels and increase occupancy through marketing.
Maintenance skill set: Hands-on general maintenance abilities necessary. Ensure physical operations are maintained to our standards by conducting an inspection of grounds, maintenance of common areas, rule enforcement, site inspections, reading of utility meters, swimming pool maintenance.
Basic Requirements:
• Currently living in or near the Pacific Northwest and willing to relocate and interview in person.
• High School diploma or equivalent (working experiences)
• Must have a clean record; pass a background check, drug, and physical capability check.
• Manufactured housing property management experience preferred

Needed LONG-TERM caretaker - North of Macon, GA

Needed LONG-TERM caretaker. We are currently using short term property sitters. Our priority is SECURITY: an active presence indicating that property is “occupied” including daily walking rounds of all buildings/vehicles/gate (not the whole 150 acres).
Necessary SKILLS : mowing, maintenance and carpentry, mechanical knowledge (upkeep/repair of vehicle/mower/rototiller). Prior to recent/current temps, our caretakers were with us twelve and seven years duration with brief (one -three yr) temps in between. We are a very active professional semi-retired husband and wife. Property is one hundred fifty acres of beautiful old growth woodland vistas, picnic/grill areas, outdoor film screenings, wildlife, streams, large fenced vegetable garden plots. It is for private (us/caretaker) not public use nor unaccompanied guests. We are north of Macon and south of Atlanta, Georgia. Near two state parks and nearby fishing. Compound consists of two houses, one modular home, two mobile homes and a number of out- buildings, none within sight of others. Housing provided is two bedroom Horton mobile home with twelve by twenty four personal shop and 12 acre “yard”. We are not there fulltime and our most urgent need is to have a full time observant, security- minded presence. Grass mowing (almost all of the land is wooded), emergencies (ex: storm) and small maintenance projects are expected. Have several major skilled carpentry projects to be negotiated if qualified. Remote, peace, beauty, total privacy and solitude. Need honest, mature people with love of outdoors, life and appreciation of this low pressure, unique, private, outstanding compound. No kids No pets No drama. An extensive background check will be done.
